I take back an earlier review I wrote about their great return policy. Its terrible. My husband bought a broken bookshelf from them. I realized it was same bookshelf my neighbor had curbed a few days earlier I didnt want it for free why would I want it for 20.00. I told them my husband would need help unloading it when returning it as he is disabled The male manger told me bring it back but that I could only exchange it which was fine. I came back the employees unloaded it as they promised. I shopped for 30 mins because store had just had a big sale and merchandise was really picked over. I get to counter and a young Asian woman who said she was the manager grabbed the receipt and underlined their no return policy in red . I didnt see that before. In fact they told my husband he had 7 days to return it when he bought it. I have donated thousands of really great items to them. Ive bought thousands in merchandise. They just lost a great customer over 20 bucks.

Top notch thrift-benefits BoysGirls club.Donate &start up discount card but LOOK OUT FOR FOR 7day return policy.Traditionally American thrifts are NO RETURN POLICY-You are buyin AS IS-so buyer beware ! But Savers has a courtesy exchange policy-Most thrifts DONT-in fact I find it odd that they do..So when I purchase it thats it -if It didnt fit or i really didnt like it-just donate it back-not a big deal.-Ive saved thousands in the decades Ive thrifted & rarely ever "get stuck".Also Sign up for eml club-get notified of quick deals.Open on Sundays-only 2 dressing rooms so come with measuring tape..faster..

So first off let me say that I love savers. Im saddened that the Anaheim one was closed. The Yorba Linda savers is really nice, but the reason for the lower rating is that for some reason the prices here are arbitrarily higher. Ive been to the riverside one and the boys closed Anaheim one, but for some reason prices are just marked up higher in Yorba Linda. Theres still bargains to be found here, but if you have the time and inclination, go to the riverside location.

Very clean and well organized store! Mens, womens & childrens clothing. Housewares, toys, books, records, jewelry, furniture...clean restrooms and there are changing rooms. You can drop off donations too. Theyll give you a blank tax receipt and a discount coupon for shopping in the store. VERY nice employees.

Great secondhand place. Its very organized unlike others. The staff are very friendly. I do feel like some items are overpriced a little, not too much, but i do believe the extra proceeds go to making a better shopping experience.. still found a tv stand for $20 though, awesome.

Great store, great prices. Staff are courteous, store is extremely well-organized and maintained. If you want a good-to-great thrift store shopping experience...look no further. After shopping here - Goodwill has something to worry about. Shop here...you wont be disappointed.

This is one of the nicest thrift stores that Ive been in, and Im not too keen about thrift stores. Things are kept in order and they seem to have nicer items here. Each time you donate a box they punch a card. Six punches saves you 30% off one item.

Glad to see a Savers in Yorba Linda. All Savers I have been to are great, but because of the location, I do notice some very nice, gently used items, furniture and clothing here and a little more on the higher end at a low price still. Love Savers.

Love this store. Customer Service excellent. New manager on top of it forgot name young female dark hair. Price starting to go up little b by little. Use to go at least once week when first open but price hikes go once a month.

Ok selection they just overprice everything. Its a thrift store not a kmart!!!! Might as well just go to walmart and pay the same price for a brand new item although they do have good customer service very friendly.

Called and asked if they have Charlottes Web and was told I can drive down there and look for myself. What a joke. Why have "customer service representative" ?? Save money and just do away with a useless "person".

So nice to walk into a thrift store and not have that certain, horrible smell. Savers is such a clean well organized thrift store which feels like you are actually in a retail department store!

I love thrift stores, but these are definitely not thrift prices. Extremely expensive for used goods. You can get a lot of the clothing for the same price at the actual store.

Donations are in the front so driving through and/or parking can be hard sometimes. Inside is clean and they have some really nice vintage jewelry.

It was amazing for the first year I must admit addicted to this place. Now prices way to high for a thrift store and cant afford to go anymore.

Strange the jewelry department never ever seems to have nice jewelry in it like the one in Riverside. Seems a little fishy. Sticky pockets?

This is a dump, over priced, and total junk. They want the $2 more for a used pipe wrench which you can buy at Harbor Freight for $4.
