AT&T is a criminal organization do not believe me look it up on YouTube they not only spy on their customers but spy on all providers seeing how they have access to the backbone of the internet being a communication company Sending over 30 thousand emails per day to the government At first they denied it but now its out in the open since the Snowden files have been released Please ban all aT&T products and companies they owned we cant let people do this We dont need a pass a law just put AT&T out of business and other companies will get the idea AT&T is way too expensive I get 5 gigs of data from t-mobile 30 bucks

What a joke. I wanted the LG Watch Sport, but without a contract. From what I had read online (as long as it wasnt an AT&T Authorized Retailer) was that I could just pay it upfront and be done with it. Just to make sure I called the store. They had said yes, something about doing a payment acceleration, cancel it, and that would be the end. WRONG. I wasted $30 in Uber transportation because I was lead to believe I would be able to get a watch they said I couldnt get after the fact of my purchasing it.

This store does not pick up the phone so dont bother calling. I have tried calling on more than one occasion and after 4 rings, their recording just keeps telling me no one is available. When I go down to the store there are only a few people there and the store tells me they do not have what I want in stock. Well if you had picked up the phone you could have saved me the trip!!!!!!!

Called over fifteen minutes, and no answer. Drove to the store and over half the staff is sitting around. This store is a joke and so is their service. Edit: turns out the sub-par employees there put a hot spot SIM card in my phone causing a variety of problems. Avoid this store like the plague.

A few days ago I went to the to the AT&T store in HB to activate an old I phone. I expected the DMV, but was delighted with the outstanding service.The consultant, Phillip Hagey, was both pleasant and efficient. He also patiently answered novice questions.

Fantastic service! One of the rep, Darrin was absolutely amazing. I had to negotiate about the bill to the At&T corp. He did it for me and He cleaned everything for me. Absolutely the best customer experience.

Its ok but technical support is minimal and you might be better off calling the 1 800 number or be forced to drive to Irvine.
