I got my phone and I was really happy with it. Unfortunately it was defected.. So then i went back and i told them what was happening and they agreed and said they would replace the phone for me. So they bring out a new phone in a box... And i realized that the phone they were trying to replace me was a used phone. They were trying to give me a used phone when i was actually supposed to get a brand new one. I let them know and they treated me like i was stupid... Until i called the manager, who actually knew that the phone was used, and still gave it to me, finally agreed that it was used and got me another one. HORRIBLE. Now, Im very tech-scavvy so i know how my device should look like when its brand new, but i feel bad for all the people they have tricked into getting a used phone when, in reality, they paid for a new one. Very Disappointed.

Went 3 1/2 weeks ago got AT&T 22 gig unlimited for family....they convinced me into getting Directv and wi fi...well sales associate promised me shell be on top of installation and she would see if an open would be sooner cause it was 3 & half weeks for installation well she did nothing and I was waiting today day of installation since 7 am appointment was from 9 to 1 pm.....never showed up.then got text. At 10am that they were here to reschedule.....i was mad called AT&T direct tv ...all they can say is sorry waite till tuesday......my mistake I cancelled spectrum and took all equipment back yesturday....no Wi-Fi no tv .....wow .....oh was on phone for over 2 hours with them ...and I even went to AT&T on la habra on imperial hwy.....No results just talk and but of course ..im sorry.....the same associates

I cant believe the incompetent group of people AT&T has working at this store. Seriously. I thought Id save some time by going to this one which is closer to my house instead of the normal AT&T store I go to in Brea. These people were completely useless. I wasted 45 minutes of my time at this store for them to finally tell me that I need to just go online. They told me to go online. You know what? If thats the solution to my problem, that is okay. However, for them to make me jump through hoops and take their sweet time telling me to go online is just completely unacceptable. There are obviously no qualifications needed to work at this store-- it seems as if they just pull random people off of the street to work here. Youll have better luck trying a different AT&T store.

Sales person advised me by signing up for Direct TV you get FREE UNLIMITED DATA That is false information depending on your contract there is an additional cost to add unlimited data. So make sure you ask the right questions before you change over. You might get an increase on your bill not a savings.

The head manager is so unfriendly and impersonal. He shows that he is so not interested in your needs. They also messed up my billing and added two ipads and activation fees which I never purchased. I admit that other crews are nicer than the head manager though. I wish that I can give 0 star.

Large store with plenty of space. Good selection of products to check out. Staff is friendly. But if you are unlucky and go at the wrong time youre wait time is going to feel like forever.
