I actually give them zero stars! Been trying to call the store for over a month! It goes right to voice mail... But mailbox is full! My 82 year old mother has gone to the store several times & its always closed....during business hours. Lights on but no one home. Tanner & Louie at this store put unauthorized charges on her credit card almost monthly. We are on family plan & she paid for upgrade for me & they told her 2 months ago they sent it to me, I live in Washington. I have not received it. But she had a $400.00 charge on credit card to insure this phone I never got & she didnt ask for insurance! Unable to contact anyone with Verizon. When I did finally reach someone, all they did was try & sell me stuff. I got so frustrated I had to hang up! Have not been able to contact anyone to resolve this so I will also be filing fraud charges & charges against Tanner & Louie for elder abuse! This store & the employees are scammers! Beware! ,

Jake, salesman, Balil, Manager, Malik, owner are all pieces of work. Ive been dealing with them for almost 3 months to get then to reverse the charges I wasnt aware of. The salesman is a scam artist and got me to sign a contract for 755.00 that I never received a copy of. Could have went through my insurance for 185.00. He stated my bill would only be a couple dollars more a month. Its 31.00 more a month. I didnt know until I received my first bill. Balil is nice but non responsive to the matter at hand. His texts state they are reversing the charges. The owner, Malik, and Balil have been saying that they will take care of this issue and the charges arent reversed yet. I have text messages, emails and several calls to Verizon for help. The district manager, Tracy, is unresponsive to my email and this whole situation has been a nightmare. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE EVER! THE BOLSA CHICA STREET IN HUNTINGTON BEACH.

I have never wrote a commet on a buisness before. But I paid for a phone with upgrade and never got the phone or the money back. I have called them over and over, I went to the store. Ive gotten the bs run around. I have caught them lying. They treat you like its no big deal. You would think Verizon would pull there products from them. Manger took the order and the money. Go figure, I have gave them almost 2 months to save faith. Not one phone call.

I brought a Droid 2 that required activation into this location. Instead of bypassing activation as I requested he tried to sell me a new cell phone and told me I had to go to a corporate store which wasted even more of my time. By tapping all four corners of the screen in clockwise Direction you can bypass all activation codes. Nobody at the store knew this? Seems like you guys need to brush up on your slightly outdated phones

I visit from Tahiti and last night my phone was damaged by a big wave at the beach I went to this Verizon store after reading the good reviews and i can say they are well deserved Belal the store manager was very helpful He found a solution to my phone problem and provided a friendly service I recommend this store to anyone needing a good and efficient service

Bilal, the manager, was by far the greatest manager Ive meet at any store . My family was going through an emergency and he was able to go out of his way to make sure my device was taken care of and also he saved me money. Best store by far and good luck finding help this great anywhere else in all of California!!!Bilal your the best thank you again.

This store should get an award and every other Verizon employee should stop by this store and take some lessons. Why doesnt anyone else understand like these guys do that customers should be treated with honesty, dignity and respect. Im not some snob who demands things but I do want what I deserve and I definately got it at this store.

Completely new people for the first time ever. These guys are the real deal and make it happen. The store on beach made me wait an hour and then told me they couldnt help me I came to Carls Jr and decided to stop in here. Withing 10 minutes, everything I needed was done and accurate and the guys were great and friendly.

Waited over month for phone. Never returned phone calls. Finally made fraud report to Verizon. Had given my phones to another customer . Unethical sketchy operation. People seemed nice and local business so I used them. Never again. Verizon should shut them down. Terrible way to treat customers.

By far my favorite Verizon store in OC to go to for new phones and questions. These employees really make you feel at home and will do anything to get you the best deal on a new phone. They take their time with you and always make sure you leave with a smile :)

Beware this location, they double charged me and have yet to issue a refund. Refused to give me a receipt as well. I have reported this location to the Better Business Bureau, and will be involving local law enforcement come July 5th. Stay away!
