I dont like this store at all Extremely poor customer service, the manager said to me ( is this all you need ? So I can get back to what I was doing ) Also the sales rep Patty did not do her part in the paperwork for my early termination fee. when I switched over from verizen. I never received the 300.69 dollars in which I had to pay from my own pockets. The assistance manager is tipickle la lat with a tipecal teen attitude bubblegum chewing at that also Tmoble where is my early termination fee my 300.69 dollars its Ben a year now, and after arguments and more arguments over the phone.maybe Ill call channel seven ant let people know whats going on. Lets turn this location into a Starbucks store

My husband went in to upgrade his phone and the sales rep told him he had to change his plan to a value plane, but would still have to pay full price ($500) for the phone. That TMobile no longer giver out phones at upgrade prices. Another option he gave us was to pay $279 and they they would add on $20 to our bill a month for the next 20 month. We said no thanks and left. We call customer care to cancel and the rep was so helpful. Lo and behold they still have upgrade prices on phones and not only did I not have to change my plane I got an extra $250 discount, so we only paid $47.99 for the new Samsung G2s.... DONT GO IN TO STORES. Call customer care they truly care.

Horrible tmobil store the guy working there is a very unprofessional. I was trying to buy an iphone 6s and he qouted me 360... At first so i drop the 360 and he then type in a few more things and then bumped up the price to $512. I questioned him asking why did it just go from 360 too 512 and his response was mute. Not wanting to put up with this i left the store with money in hand. A couple days later i had traveled to the store in carson off avalon n the 405 freeway. I got qouted $318 but unfortunately they only had the color pink. No bueno tmobil.

Horrible customer service. Came in for help with a defective battery on my phone so they did a warranty exchange on my note 4 and I asked if I was going to get a new battery the rep said yes. The day it came in it was a refurbished phone with no battery and a messed up speaker that buzzes when the volume is higher than the half way point. Now theyre telling me they can give me another refurbished phone. Still wont give me a battery or I have to go through Samsung

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in there a couple of days prior and bought a new phone with a new line. I came in today and the manager Crystal helped me because I had questions about the lines and rudely told me we cant help you. I needed to call T-Mobile. I came in for customer service and instead I got attitude. Never again.
