Id like to give a shout out to Angela at the Verizon Store in the Marketplace, Long Beach! What great service and she was skilled at helping me set up both my iPhone and iPad. She helped me setup a google account, download photos to free up space on my phone, set up HD calling, gave me good advice on my iPhone case and put it on for me. When I needed information about international packages she directed me to Global Services for Verizen. I came back a second day for more assistance and she continued to explain and answer questions:) Thanks for the great service!!

Brought a Droid 2 into the store and ask them if I could get my phone activated to get to the desktop screen. Everybody at the store told me I had to go to a official authorized reseller. After Googling the answer for 5 minutes found out that tapping four corners of the screen and clockwise Direction was the solution to bypass activation. This was a big waste of time. I would like to say that the staff here is under-educated on slightly outdated cell phones

Great service at this Verizon shop. Originally got the iPhone 7+ but it was too big and heavy for small hands (Im a girl) and to carry in the purse. Went back to exchange for the regular iphone7. Alex was very helpful and helped with the exchange. They helped with the iCloud transfer. Smooth and easy. I recommend this Verizon store and Alex

Great staff. You go to a lot of Verizon stores that get you in and out as soon as they can. These guys will make you feel like youre more than a number. Anything I need I come here and they remember my name. They let my 5 year old play with their tablets. Highly recommend coming here if you want a great experience.

This store is awesome. Ive been to way too many Verizon Wireless stores with rude employees. The staff here though is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Justin, the store manager. Ill be coming back here for all my wireless needs!
