Exceptional Service I was experiencing issues with a new iPhone S6 (purchased at the Apple store). Thinking the issue might have been carrier related I popped into the AT&T Store. I was warmly greeted by a bubbly service tech, Alexis. After hearing about the issues I was having she referred me to Benjamin, the manager of the store. Benjamin was super helpful; giving me suggestion and trouble shooting scenarios I could try at home. Unfortunately those suggestions didnt work and as Benjamin suspected there was a software issue with the phone and IOS 9.2. I ultimately I ended up at the Apple store with a new phone. I

Three weeks ago I went to this AT&T location to upgrade my moms cell phone. The person who helped us was friendly and told us we can come back to get international plan for my mom to use on her trip to Europe. We went back 2 weeks later and theres a dude being a complete douche and told us oh we need to call customer service. This guy needs to get fired ASAP!

Super friendly staff. I would recommend to ask for either Gio, santiago or the Hispanic girl with long hair (not sure what her name is). Theres a hispanic guy who I think is from Colonbia he looks a little Asian, hes usually unpleasant.

The worst Att store. I switched to att from Verizon service. My baddddddd. They gave me a price but they lied to me. 6 months later I am still coming to this store in order to fix my bills because they are high. Waste time here.

Was lied to from the start the bill was never correct had to go back several times to correct. Several managers got involved and still at the end was never satisfied they stopped returning calls. Should have stayed at Verizon!!
