About 2 - 3 weeks ago, my wifes Samsung Note 4s mic stopped working. She had to use the speaker phone to make calls. I did some research on the Internet and discovered that there might be a way to remedy the issue. There was a glimpse of hope that I could avoid spending $800 to replace my wifes 1.5 year old phone. On Jan 9, 2017 (about 7 pm), I went to the Cerritos Towne Center Verizon (corporate store). The sales associate told me that since I had no insurance, my only option was to buy a new phone. So, I left that Verizon store disappointed. Finally today on Sunday, Jan 15, 2017, my wife and I went to another corporate store at 4329 Candlewood St., Lakewood, CA and was assisted by a female associate named Maite. After listening to us, Maite offered to troubleshoot the phone for us. And amazingly the mic works again. Maite went above and beyond her customer service duty. The next time I need to go to a Verizon store, I am going to the Lakewood store and will ask for her. She is a keeper. Maite just saved us $800. Thanks Maite.

Verizon you have changed and... not for the better. Terrible, terrible customer service. Long waits on phone and at store to get assistance. All direct customers rs to the "Webb" to get faster service. What happens when the Webb system does not work properly? Your services are so splintered that everyone has a "not me" attitude. This "who cares?" attitude reflects the lowest common denominator in todays business practices. After 15 years...I am looking around for another carrier...and so is my significant other. Absolutely lied to me about my new phone purchase. I let them sell me on the bells and whistles as long as my new phone had the shatter proof gorilla glass. It has not even been a month. I dropped it once and I have a a large crack. I asked three different employees and they all told me this phone was shatterproof. And I of course cant get a hold of the specific store. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ive had Verizon for 15 years and this has been such a sickening process that even though their coverage is great, that Im thinking about looking elsewhere.

Went in to trade in for new 1, was NVR told it would be 90 days to get trade in credited to my acct. Was mislead to cost of phone, and credits is applied at 8.36 per month over 24 month period. Meantime I know they have probably reconditioned n sent phone out to someone else n made their $$. At least train your sales ppl to know what they are talking about and be honest n up front with customer. I have had my acct over 16+ yrs maybe after this phone paid off will be going somewhere else

Went in to go pay my bill and was greeted as soon as I walked in and assisted right away! Ive been to a couple different Verizon stores and I have to say the service level at this one was fantastic. Two of the staff members in particular (a manager and sales associate ) went above and beyond. Definitely another reason why I have stayed with Verizon for going on 10 years now. Thank you lakewood (on candlewood) location.

Went in and got my new phone was told by my salesman Daniel that if I had issues to give him a call my last 3 bills were $30 higher said he would look into it and fix it never got back to me. Had to call customer service and get it fixed myself I will never go back to the Lakewood branch ever again because of the poor service I received.

Worst staff Ive ever dealt with in my life. If I could rate you negative stars I would. I felt like switching services after dealing with this store for one visit. They had me there for nearly three hours and never solved one problem. You could receive more information and help from a grandparent. Never ever again

Rude and unprofessional mangers. I returned my note 7 due to a recall. I was told i had to pay taxes and fees for my replacement phone ??? I already payed cash for fees on my first phone !!! I was told i will get credit in 2 to 3 months to my account??? For a cash exchange ???

This store is absolutely AWESOME!!! I travel 2 cities over to come to this store because the staff is fast, attentive and knowledgeable. The Manager Farah is by far 1 of the best in the Business!!!!!
