I had never had such a bad experience in customer service before. I went there looking for adding a line for my mom and transfer my account to my husbands number. It took me an hour and a half because they changed every minute the information provided before. The price was going up and down for no reason. When it seems that you are done, they tell you: "Oh I am sorry, but the promotion was finished yesterday" (after 40 minutes). They do not know nothing about the service they provide.Terrible customer service, especially the manager Gricelda Gonzalez. I regret having Metro PCS.

Maribel the sales Rep was really great in helping me and I was amazed how she can multitask. she was helping an older lady who had tons of questions, Yet Maribel handle it with professionalism and was able to help her as well another customer in front me. Now that is customer service. she was quick patient and was smooth and kept on smiling. Now for my turn and question she answer it quick and I paid my daughters phone bill and it was a great experience. Thank you Maribel for helping me out and being a true leader on handling customers with your great and awesome skills.

In and out, super fast. Good service, though one setting slipped through her fingers and I didnt catch her mistake in time. This cost me an extra $5
