I have been with T Mobile for the past 8 years, and I decided to go to this store in December to get a new phone for my brother. And the people who worked in that store are a bunch a liars !!!!!! First one them told me that I could get a phone for $50 if i upgrade to two years, I even ask him if that was true and he said yes, then when I was about to sign the documents I discover that it was a lie because I was gonna sign for a contract for two years with them but I was gonna make 20 monthly payments of $10 so I could pay for the phone. I talked to one of the guys there and I explained everything and he just said: "well I dont know why he said that, but there is nothing that I can do, thats the way that it has to be".... They dont care about customer services they just want to sell.... Then they lied on my plan too, They told me that I was gonna get unlimited msgs like I had it before and its not true, they change it and didnt say a word.. Bunch of L I A R S ! ! ! !

If there was NEGATIVE stars this store would take -5 stars both managers are crooks... and BEYOND incompetent. bought Iphone 6 and the over charged by "MISTAKE" to make matters worse they DID NOT apply the credits to my account until a month later and over 10 phone calls, 5 visits and 3 calls to corporate T-mobile... think I was the only one??? they were "intelligent" enough to tell me they screwed over 10 other ppl the same day.... the excuse was "THE SYSTEM". Giving them the benefit of the doubt it took them over a month executing all the steps described above for them to resolve THEIR "MISTAKE" drive a little further and find your self another t-mobile store unless you want to get "ACCIDENTALLY" screwed by this store.. Managers act like CEOs of Tmobile .. if you have an issue theyre never available theyre always out of the office and will NEVER return phone calls.. real real professionals.

This was the last time I go in this t mobile ! Rude, lazy,inconsiderate employees. They make me sign in and Im next after a woman and theres 5 employees walking around and on the computers and only one helping customers. One man walks in 20 minutes later and one of the female employees who was on the computer says " can I help you" and even he said "isnt there a list?" And she said that it was okay Im like no its not wtf whats the point of the list if you arent going to go by order and make people waste time in waiting. Straight up left and went else where.

They ran out of SIM cards and took 20+ minutes to get more out of the safe. They waved the fee of the SIM card due to the wait so I appreciated that they recognized the inconvenience they had put me through. Overall I was kept in the store almost 45 minutes for a new SIM card and simple plan change. The process could be improved a little to save customer valuable time.

Kevin and the manager Orlando were phenomenal with their customer service! From the minute I walked in to trade a recalled phone til the end when it came to transferring all my items to my new phone. I have been to a LOT of T-Mobile stores to attempt to get this resolved and they are the only ones willing and who made an effort to help me. Thank you!!!
