Gave me incorrect shipping information. Insisted they ship UPS and they DO NOT- they actually ship by USPS. I even explained to the store that I live in Big Bear where the post office DOES NOT DELIVER TO HOMES. Now my phone is marked as undeliverable and has to be resent through the entire postal process. I have a $900 phone that will be sent from post office to post office for two months in an effort to deliver an undeliverable item and then after many weeks returned to APPLE. The store isnt interested in helping to correct their mistake. They made their sale and are no longer interested if I ever get that phone. Make sure you know that once you sign your name with these folks (who dont even know what carrier they use), they are DONE with you! Shop somewhere else!

THEY DONT CARE. Called to get a simple yes/no answer to the question "did you get a shipment of iPhone 4S?". After several attempts of going through the automated phone routing by pressing 1s and 2s, finally got a live person. I asked the question, and the guy says "hold on" and put me on hold. I was calling from a speaker phone so I let the line stayed on... for 30 minutes, while I did something else. The guy never came back on line to answer yes or no. This was after 7pm, and should not be that busy.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in to inquire about an iPhone, wanting specific information about international features. The guys asked me what I wanted, didnt listen to a word I said, then blew me off. I will never use AT&T if this is what their service is like. If you are already a customer, go to another location. These guys are to busy (or stupid) to help.

Wandered around for 15 minutes. No taking of my name or acknowledgement that I was there. Had someone mumble be right with you. Someone else came in and was helped almost right away. I only needed a pay as u go card and credit. Thats a high margin item is it?!!? And I wasnt shopping. I wanted to buy.

Worst customer service on earth. Acted like we were a problem to have there. Short Mexican girl was rude and had no actual information on any of the products they sell. Ive been with ATT for 10yrs and am happy to say Im not anymore. Dont use this store!!!!! And get away from ATT as soon as you can.

The staff are friendly here and seem pretty knowledgeable about stuff that they should know. They always greet me and try to have me in and out quickly. Even when I was there only to pick up a free sim card, I received excellent service. Best of all, no pressure from the sales people.

I came in to ask for help regarding a problem sending text messages on my new phone. Not only did I receive NO help but I was told "a glitchy phone is better than no phone at all." These people are incompetent and apathetic. Avoid this place like the plague.
