The staffs friendly personalities deserve 10 stars. Theyre very helpful and attentive to answer any questions you have. BUTTTTT when I first walked in, I was intimidated. Why are they wearing GRAY shirts???? Message to SPRINT: That is a very unprofessional and unpleasant color!!! It didnt make me want to approach anyone as I looked through different phones, seeing which ones Id purchase. The shirts you got your employees wearing are ridiculous!!! Like really?? Gray?!? Poor guys probably have such a hard time removing stains and feeling comfortable letting the air out their bellies. The shirts are not even flattering to the natural figure of the body. The stretchy collar is disgusting!! Why would you put a yellow stripe where the bottoms are if the shirt is completely gray!? To top it all off, its so cruel! Everyone has the right to sweat without everyone around them knowing theyre sweating!!! Everyone can see under arm sweaty pit stains in Gray shirts!!!! SPRINT, please help yourself by helping out your employees and making them look more appropriate, approachable and friendly. Thats the only way to keep good business. So because of the GRAY SHIRTS, I took my business elsewhere. I just cant trust a salesperson in an unprofessional GRAY SHIRT.

First off, let me start by saying that this is the only Sprint Store I will EVER go to as long as Marcos and Anthony are there. Now that this had been said, I can let you know that I have never left the store with any questions or concerns not being answered and resolved. I was recently here to get more information about how to upgrade my Galaxy S6. I was having trouble with my battery, but wasnt due for an upgrade for a few months. I stopped by the store with my mom, who is the primary person on our account, and met with Marcos. Marcos provided me with a variety of options, and helped me tailor what would best work for my plan and (most importantly) my budget. He was very patient with me and my mom, and answered all of our questions. He literally gave me a breakdown of what the associated cost of each option would be. I returned a few days later and was able to upgrade my phone to a S7. Thanks Marcos, and Sprint, for always hooking me up! I cant imagine ever switching to another provider.

My phone was rebooting itself continuously. I have insurance on it, so I took it in to get it checked. I was told to be back in 1.5 hours. I gave them 2.5 hrs. just in case, you never know. The phone was working. They did warn me that the info could be lost, but I had backups of all data (gmail account). The tech was very friendly and explained all the stuff in detail. I am a nerd myself and could understand everything he was saying. Great service overall. What I would suggest, is to have the script everyone says, like the READY NOW program script, to flow more naturally instead of a quick DID YOU GET IT SIR? For a normal user, someone who is not so techie, that could come across as too technical. That is just a suggestion, but, the service overall great. The store itself needs to be looked after a bit more. The displays, such as the Apple display. Did not see an iPhone there to tinker with (thumbs down as I am a visual person and I am looking to upgrade).

Awful Experience. Samuel, Please HELP your store! Employees Involved: Tech: Gustavo Ortiz, Assistant Manager: Diane Zombrano, Owner: Samuel Mazariegos, CSR: Blen. Took phone into store to have a part replaced. ETA given: 1.5 hrs. Per Diane Zombrano. Picked up phone at the store after a 2.5 hr wait. I was told the part was replaced. I tried out my phone. Same issue - NOT FIXED. Very, Very Frustrating. Gustavo the "tech" guy, called the next day to send a replacement phone. And he would follow up the next day. --No Follow up. The representatives need training in Customer Service. FYI: This is NOT a SPRINT Backed store. To Be Continued. **Follow-up.Youre right, Anonymous! It was definitely a rant, but, great Customer Service is a fine asset to the success of any company. Therefore, I will shove the "whining aside, make some edits & I definitely Hope that they treat all their customers with the same respect that you received. Now and in the future.

worst store ever, super horrible store and customer service is the horrible as well a bunch of unknowledgeable no experience dammm idiots that think they talk smooth, went it to make a payment for my bill of 300 dollars rep. counted the money even said the amount I get home while looking at my receipt it says $200 payment I race back and ask wheres the other 100 I did a 300 payment not 200 and for them to only tell me they cant do anything about it so i ask for them to look at the cameras and they said they couldnt and the maneger could only say its my word vs his employees and he thinks his employees wont do that, all the manager could do is give me a phone number which nothing ever gets resolved. never again will i go back and hope they out of business or a whole new staff

this store is fraud fraud fraud all day, they tell u a price and has nothing to do tell me i have to pay taxes and i didnt have too that they would go towards me getting accessories better. Also they told me i had to change my plan and told me in order to get that plan i had to get a portable wifi which is a lie. ppl dont go here they dont care about their customers all they care about is mking commission and f****** ppl over. mario is the manager and he is the most arrogant rude person ever, how can a company have a person working like that for them. i got a hold of Arch number to call and complain further this is fraud and they should be taken to court. lying to customers smh

I usually dont write reviews but this one was definitely worth the time. I had gone to another sprint store and received horrible customer service and left with no good answers, as soon as I was welcomed into this particular sprint store I felt much more optimistic about exploring my options with sprint. Marcos did a phenomenal job in helping me with all the questions my mother and I both had and went above and beyond to make sure we were both satisfied with our purchases and are occurring phone plan. If youre looking for detailed answers and explanations for all your phone needs Marcos is the sale rep for you.

worse store ever. the so called tech checked my phone and said there was water damage, LOL! refused to give me a summary of what he found or to open phone, i asked him if he checked the battery and he said yes with "my own battery" which mustve been dead... he then gave me the number to my sprint insurance and stated i could file a claim but could not provide me with the information i asked for.. after going to the real sprint store in downey, the technician checked phone and found no water damage put in a new battery and my phone turned on....... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE,RUDE, NO EXPERIENCE

Verizon was getting expensive so decided to see my options at sprint. Edgar was GREAT!!! he was so friendly and funny! BUT.... i went in with a quick question about my phone a few weeks later. Edgar wasnt there so i spoke to Anthony and he was so rude!. he didnt answer anything and it was like he didnt even care with his short answers. my boyfriend also noticed all the other reps were answering the other customers the same way!. that store customer service is horrible!! i wont be visiting this store again but if you decide to go ask for Edgar.
