I went to the bell gardens sprint store today for an upgrade because i was due. For some odd reason they wouldnt give me just the phone by itself, the rep said they were low on 5s phones so they were only able to upgrade me with a whole package deal which includes a car charger and case, which was $100 more!. I said no, called the DOWNEY location and CEASER answered. I explained to him my situation and wanted to know if they required the same package upgrade. CEASER did not comprehend what i had just explained to him, seemed like he didnt want to give me a answer. i repeated myself and he wouldnt give me a straight answer. He kept saying "just come down to the store so we can help you". He WOULD NOT answer my simple question. Why couldnt he just tell me if they required the same package upgrade?. INCOMPETENT, i hope his manager reads this.

I had a great experience at this store! I purchased a phone online, took it to one of the Sprint stores to activate it and was told I needed a new SIM card and would have to go to a Sprint store that did repairs and carries SIM cards. They told me the Downey store had them and that theyd give me one for free. I drove 30 minutes to the Downey location and was told they did not carry the SIM cards for that phone in stock and was almost sent away, however one of the employees ended up offering to take a SIM card from one of the new phones to give to me. I was told I would need to pay $35 for the new SIM, or instead buy a charger for about the same amount and get the SIM on top of it. Im just very happy I wasnt turned away empty handed and that they were willing to go to those lengths to help me get my phone activated.

this store was so unprofessional the "store manager" came in old clothes NOT uniformed!!! probably just woke up and had "i can do what i want" attitude! they had no answers to why i couldnt get my iphone 5 , if they didnt receive enough merchandise i guess ill understand but what really upset me was the managers unprofessionalism! ive seen this store work for almost 6 months due to the fact i worked across from them so it makes me upset on how unprofessional they were! they really need new management that can control employees and tough situations like this!

This has to be the worst store ever for sprint. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs. I had an HTC Evo 4g LTE since it was out last year , and had it repalce 3 times, the phones was not damage by any means it has always been software or hardware failure, on the 3 replacement they sent me a an out of box failure, the associate could not even activate the phone. I try customer service and they gave me such a hard time. now I have to wait 4-6 days to get a 4th replacement, I am looking into canceling my contract with them. . SO GOOD BYE Sprint,

I give it 5 stars since I came from a different store that was telling me my cell had water damamge and they wanted me to file it through the insurance.. So I came here they didnt mention any water damage since there is none. They proceded to let me know that I would have to get another one since mine wasnt working properly. Overall the waiting time was ok and the technician knew what they were doing.. If you dont mind the wait then I recommend this store .. Im picking up my cell today..

Customer Service keeps giving me different answers then the store. My phone is still not fixed. They actually sent me out of the store with a NEW (refurbished) phone, at close, that did not have my issue fixed. I had to push my way back in, they fixed the issue....only to realize when I tried to later use my keyboard that is was broken. Thank you Sprint...you are making my choice to pick a new cellphone carrier alot easier. (hard to believe I have been a loyal sprint customer for years)

This store has the absolute worst customer service. My mother went to talk to the "so called manager" who was not only rude but insulted her by telling her, " I can reduce your plan if you cant afford it." Not only did they change out account without her authorization they also extended the agreement without her authorization. Please save your time and do not go to this store! Please do not go here, no one deserves to be belittled like this and deal with people like this.

This store is ridiculous. They have no knowledge of their phones. Wanted to leave me without a phone for 5 days, they didnt even want to hand over a loner. I have been loyal to sprint, but this store makes me want to reconsider my phone subscriber. The only good thing they did was send me to the lakewood mall. Where they replaced my phone same day, no questions asked. I wish I could give them no stars.

Worst place to come in and get your phone fixed. Was guaranteed a fix phone when i dropped it off but that wasnt the case my phone was not even touch they said by looking at it the couldnt do anything. My phone is on but frozen but the cant fix it. so now Im phone less. worst service ever had me waiting for more then 30 mins to tell me my phone was just sitting in the county. Really Sprint

This Store has the worst customer service. The Woman sitting in front of the door as you walk in is too busy taking pictures of herself instead of helping customers. Its the second time I walk in there trying to buying a phone abd not once did anyone ask if I needed help!! The employees are to busy laughing and talking to one another . They need to get retrained. ..

sprint has horrible customer service. this month so far Ive paid $350 & they want me to pay another $233 and I cant at this moment Im trying to make payment arrangements and they are being so rude and uncooperative. Worse experience ever! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CELLPHONE COMPANY!!! They Charge you several hidden fees and dont tell us costomers about them.

Worst customer service!!!! they need a new manager with experience in customer service. they have only employees in their twenties which they think they are cool just because they working with phones "zero knowledge who to treat customers." the waiting is ridiculous they have employees just standing pretending doing something in the phones or computers.

the manager was superb, he helped us with our issue, and we left with working phones. they took our issue serious. no problems setting an appointment online.we called and spoke to someone pleasant on the phone who answered all of our questions. we will use this sprint from now on, eventhough it is far from my house. good customer service is hard to find!

I was at this Sprint store on 9-19-2016 to replace my 2 Galaxy Note7 because of a recall, my experience with Tonia who was the person who took care of us was very great. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She replaced both of my phones set them up for us and we were out of there in less than half an hour.
