Really bad customer service they promise me a credit back into my bill for the activation fee of 60$ when i got the firat bill nothing was there i called several times and was given the run around every time finally after the forth call the manager her self promised me she would call me back the next day ,never did they tricked into paying the activation fee i called sprint corporate and even they gave me the run around saying its not there problem Wow!! now im stuck with them for 2 years till i finish paying off these phones all i can say is my apologies to T-Mobile i guess a 1% does make a difference, so if youre thinking of switching dont!!! The service is just like metro pcs!!hope this helps and i changed your mind

We arrived close to closing and the staff was still super friendly and extremely patient. The female with the long curly hair and a g Giants fan was amazing. She took the time to answer our questions and never once became impatient with us even though it was well passed closing time.
