Recently went to this store to acumpany someone . she ended up buying a new I phone 7 ... I dont understabf. why it took more then 2 hrs to get this phone set up... Went back about 5 days after to exchange it for a Galaxy android phone .... It took them so long to figure out how much more or less she would have to pay .. It was so easy to just calculate it all.. And on too of that about. A houre to set up the new Android... The employees here make things that are so simple to do through ..Say through a Google account to transfer your data to a new phone.. Rather then wait a whole day for there program to run through.... I get it Sprint totaly rather make money with apple and since apple is in compatiton with Android then I guess Google makeing things much faster and simpler is out of the question for sprint.... But come on! Get over it and suggest to there customers the easyer way to do thing rather then wast time and money to sync there phones !

Pésimo servicios todos son muy goceros con la gente y el servicio pésimo te hacen esperar para nada y para que te digan que para pagar tu Bill en la maquina te dicen que te tienes que apuntar para que ellos te lleven y si ven a gente que necesita hacer una pregunta se hacen los que no te ven y así son todos

they arnt helpful ... no one isnt helpful at all everybody in there have really bad attitudes especially the female supervisor all she cares is about her phone and gossip from there all the employees just talk in a circule while coustimers are looking confused not knowing who to ask for help .. and once you approch them they have a face like if you interrupt the employees conversation... corporate should be on they ass and come and check on these type of employees that they hired.. cause from my experience there is bad till this day..

I had the best customer service here. Ive had Verizon and they dont compare to this Sprint Location. I was treated like a friend and appreciate the level of service I was given. I met the District Manager and the store Manager. They were great at helping me get the best phone and plan for me and my family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

They have bad customer service and lied to me into getting to speakers added to my account so they can add insurance to my phone which they said covered for all repairs when I finally need a repair they said I had to pay $200 to get it repaired so I cancelled the insurance because it was useless now Im stuck paying for speakers that I never needed

Sprint hires irresponsible workers. They have the worse customer services ever. These guys play too much. They dont even take care of their customers at all. First they are all nice to sell you their product, then they throw you off, when you have an issue. That guy Ricardo has no idea what he is doing at all.

I walked in, no one greeted me for about 5 minutes until I asked for help. My name was added to the waiting list. Waited 20 minutes to be told they could not activate my tablet and pressured me to buy their tablet which I didnt. I enjoy Sprint but the customer service here needs improvement.

I added service around 3p I returned to store 10min after 8p and the rep wouldnt even come to the door I understand they close at 8p but where is the courtesy. will cancel immediately. . Rep that dont care kill sprint...

Great experience. I went in with a defective Galaxy S6 screen and they replaced it within a few hours. Very nice staff, extremely responsive and very polite. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
