The staff here are clueless in customer service. They charge you with hidden fees. Came in for a new phone. They asked for my old one to get the sims info being i was transferring to cricket from AT&T. They turn around and connect my old phone instead of the new phone, Then charge me $100 for it. I requested a refund and they did not want to. Only to tell me that i did not longer qualify for a new customer discount on a phone. My whole purpose was to get a new phone and transfer my old number to cricket. Instead They tried to sell me a used phone. The manager is a dummy as well. Dont waste your money nor time. I will "NEVER" come back!!! Metro was my business solution.
