I went to this store to buy a cell and I end up paying for a headset a screen protector , a protector case and a memory car a total about $200.00 in my bill., because the salesgirl her name is PRISCILLA RODRIGUEZ told me that everything comes with the phone...you know ,like the charger comes with the phone....so BE CAREFUL!!!!!! These people like Priscilla, makes US believe that they are getting all that for free when in reality they are abusing of your trust!!!! And the manager only gave me a discount of 50%...I did not even have the chance to say no because I did not THAT i WAS BUYING SOMETHING THAT i DID NOT NEED AND NEITHER WANTED BECAUSE she was JUST lying to me...and then SHE played stupid saying over and over I never said the word "free" so they are good really good lying !!!! And T-mobil costumer service on the phone said that they cant do anything and theres no place where we can go to make a complain !!! So...I am warning you, BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE GOING TO THINK ABOUT WHO SALES THE MOST NO MATTER WHAT OR CARING ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE PRETENDING THAT THEY ARE NICE!!! I am stuck with a bunch of accessories that I would never buy or I need!!!!!!

Make sure you ask to be signed on their list to be seen, was there for 1 hour and NO ONE told me to sign in for ALL services. Spoke to Ariel after he let one costumer before 3 of us waiting for service go ahead of us, He said that the costumer was in the list so....?, I Can see they are busy, but if they open One person for Payment Only, I think will get better service than this. Costumers that have problems with phone or service will gladly wait to be help, it takes a lot of time for them to solve their Issues.

The place has really bad customer service. I call before going to check if they have a specific phone that I want it to purchase.And they said they had alot in stock. Once going to the store there a big line.And to my surprise the dont have the phone. And the associated that was helping me was very very rude. And had no respect for the customer. The associated name is vivana in general this store has bad customer service.

Mal servicio, ofrecen y despues te cobran cargos que no te explican, no dan el servicio que dicen dar, te atienden bien pero te ponen cargos escondidos, malisimo.

I waited a long time to get help from them when I would just see them walking around talking and laughing to their coworkers and once they helped me out the guy who helped me was rude and would cut me off mid sentence and say I couldnt do anything about my phone unless I bought a new phone. Rude smart ass attitude is all I got. Send a spy and expose the employees who are to blame for most of the low ratings of this store. All higher rating reviews must be from the employees friends because this place is not a 3 star + place.

Great staff. Great building. Good positive vibes. Never had problems. Waiting can be over 10 minutes when fully crowded. But I mean thats due to the excellent quality service they provide
