Best customer service hands down! Got greeted the moment I walked in making me feel very comfortable to ask for help In anything I needed. Omar, the best manager Ive ever met called metro to get my switch over code while Melissa, an awesome associate asked what phone I would like. The service was quick and amazing. Left the store with a new phone, earphones, case, and screen protector all under 60 dollars. Best service I have ever gotten anywhere! Will be back and highly recommend anyone to visit this cricket.

The service is great!! When I transferred from T-Mobile they made the transition smooth and simple, They handled most of the work. You just cant compare the costumer service especially compared to T-Mobile.
