Went in to get phones for my daughters. Was told i could save money upgrading my husbands and my phone. Constantly being told the Phone my daughter and i was offered a moto x was a 33 gig phone. In actuality only 16 i was charged 4 G essentials which includes setting up email voicemail screen protector and tutorial of phone 4 times and additionally charged for two more screen protectors and two accessories cases. So the salesgirl never even charged the phone. All the phones were nearly dead and my back up for contacts failed so no 4g essentials was ever provided. I am a truck driver and had to go back after complaining and was told lies. I personally visited and was given more lies. I had to call twice when repeated told Ramon the manager said he would call me. So now i am offer a refund which i am going to pick up when i am back in California on may 15. By the way they also increased my bill by $75 so if you are looking for a phone go to an authorized Verizon retail store. I reported this place to verizon and they are going to launch an investigation.

Went in on February 4 to get my own plan and a new phone. I was on my sons and I wanted off his plan, new phone and wanted to keep my same number that I had for years prior to going in with my son. It would take too long to tell you how bad Joel..sales person...assistant manager messed up my account. Never returned my call and even the manager that I talked to on February 5, the next day was upset because I called asking for Joel so much. Any After many many calls to Verizon throughout this month I finally to Beth last week and did a follow up call today to continue fixing Joels mess refunded me close to 300.00 in charges that I should not have incurred. The only thing that Beth could not tell me was what the 194.00 that Joel charged me for in the store?????? Just called the store an hour ago, left a voice message. Lets see if I get a call back. Did not ask for Joel when I just called and this is a short version.

This location should not be open for business. I have been trying to deal with a situation with them since October 2016 and have yet to received any updates and or progress in resolving my issue. I call and they tell me that they will call me back and they never call. Ive asked to speak to the manager several times and have he is never available to speak to me. I have serious concerns with my account and to date the manager has not called me once to address my situation. I have been very patient, too patient and now Im realizing it. This is poorest customer services I have received from any Verizon store. Actually from any store. I am ready to close my account and take my business to a company that has enough respect to call their customers back. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this store. Go someone else where you will be treated as you deserve.

I arrive in Long Beach having left my phone at home. I looked on the Verizon Wireless website and they have a phone advertised at $144. I "ran", actually put on running shoes and ran (I dont like to run) 2.5 miles round trip only to have these bozos tell me they wanted $300+ dollars for the phone that was advertised. I called Verizon corp and they can do nothing because this is a "franchisee" not a corporate location. Moral of the story - DO NOT SHOP HERE, they can do whatever they want, sell you a program at more than double the corporate price. AND Verizon - Why in the heck would you allow these cowboy operations to degrade the "Brand" that you spend hundreds of million on each year???

Ive had a couple experiences there and both times, the employees were dismissive and unknowledgeable about their products. I came in asking for information on purchasing a voucher for an Moto X customization, and the employee called someone else to "make sure its actually real." Calling your customer a liar isnt a good way to keep business. From what I understand , this store is somewhat like a franchise in that it is separate from Verizon. They dont carry the latest phones or get trained on the latest deals or Verizon policies.

This store is the worst!! It is not an actual corporate store which means they have different prices then advertised on line. The employees are not professional, and the manager by the name of nick is the most rude unprofessional customer service representative I ever had the experience of encountering. I advise customers of verizon to avoid this store at all cost and go to a corporate store, you will be glad you did!!

Ive been a Verizon customer for about 10 years now. This is my local store and I visit it about twice a year. Each time Ive had the pleasure to have Brittney take care of me. I am so impressed with her customer service skills. Shes kind, friendly, polite, efficient and always pleasant. Ive been to several other Verizon stores in the area but hands down this one is the best! Thanks Brittney for everything you do.

Driving 20 minutes. I was asking for any prepaid phone. I know they are having this kind of service. But they didnt know what I am asking and were trying to put me on the second contract that I allready have with them. Weird people. Dont come here. You will waste your time. And by the way. They were trying to send me to any radioshack where they also sell verizon phones... Horrible service...

I went in for an upgrade on 6/7/16, Nicholas helped me out. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and concerns I had regarding the new phone and questions about the service plan. I was very pleased with his customer service! If anybody goes to this store I highly recommend you ask for Nicholas! Hes great!!

This place is horrible, they tricked me into a 2 year contract on a god dam tablet. . . A GOD DAMM TABLET. WHO THE HELL PUTS CONCTRACTS ON TABLETS. I was simply told that i qualified for just tablet and ended up with a $309 dollar bill at the end. I regret switching companys.
