Lets get some educated workers please, I mean with the internet, just google the friggin phone info at least once, I mean the employees here do not even know if a phone is 4G, even though it says it right on the phone. To top off the Worst of it, I went in and asked them if they could change my phone number, they said they could... GREAT... they said it would be 5 bucks I said no problem, but then asked them like 7 times. (the girl that was working that day) if after I pay you the 5 dollars would I also have to pay metro pcs themselves. She informed me NO not at all this would be the only 5 dollar payment I would have to make, Cause if i did have to pay another 5 bucks i would have done it myself. I happend to be walking by at the time and decided to go in. this place is horrible, they seem all about customer service and the owner guy seems pretty good, but the employees are completely horrible. they know nothing about the phones they sell, they know very little about the service provided by MetroPCS. IF you are the owner and are reading this, fire all your employees get some real tech savvy people in your store, and you will do a lot better. NO LIARS either, It was only 5 bucks but it is the principle not the money. I HATE LIARS

Its small they dont seem to instill much confidence with Thier limited knowledge. Save your time and go to the main store because they cant do much at this location and you will be directed to the main store anyway. Very disappointed in Metro PCS services. If you need help your referred to call 611 good luck with the people there that are very hard to understand and are reading from a printed script. Ive tried for 3 months to get credit for a service I sucribed to and it has never worked Im told the same thing with every call to follow directions which Im unable to understand the "English" spoken is very bad. I have no idea what country these people are in. Im now looking for a better provider.

Staff are uninformed, disinterested, and pretty simple. Information is flawed and general worker-attitude substandard. Save yourself the frustration and hassle and head to any other store than this one.
