Honest, fair, trustworthy, straight-shooting, no-nonsense, skilled, proficient, dedicated, and open on Sundays. What more can you ask from the person you trust with your smartphone ? Seriously, Ive got a story to tell. Cracked my iPhones screen early in the morning. Called and asked, "How much to replace the screen on my iPhone 6? "$65" Was the reply. Arrived at the the shop and handed over my phone. She removed the protective rubber case and explained, "You said your phone was a 6; this is a 6s! Its not going to be $65; its going to be $140". I was perplexed; but, she showed me the back of my phone; and, sure enough: the back says 6s. Have had to phone for quite awhile; and, Im so busy most of the time I tend to forget details if I dont write them down. It was grinding my gears to jump from $65 to $140; and, I tried to haggle a little. I said, "how about $120?" She let me know in no uncertain terms that $140 barely covered her costs. I was in a hurry; and, I rely on my phone quite a bit for work; so, ok: "how long will this take?" "Twenty minutes" was the reply. "OK; lets get it done." She started working on the phone & I resigned myself to the unexpected expense. She cracked open the phone, then stopped what she was doing; and, looked up at me. She said, "Your phone is a 6; you were right. Whoever worked on it last put a 6s tempered glass protector on the back of the phone; thats why it says 6s there; but, your phone is a 6". EUREKA! An honest, small business owner in the heart of Long Beach! I was stoked and embarrassed, simultaneously. I spaced and forgot Id green-lighted the 6s protective glass for the backside of the phone; she couldve replaced the screen; charged me the $140 Id been prepared to pay; and, I wouldve been none the wiser; unless, I slowed down long enough to remember you can see your phones specs in settings. DOH! My bad; but, I discovered an honest business owner in the process. Shes getting more of my business and my sincere recommendation as a result of being honest, too!

My baby drop my Samsung Galaxy S6 inthe pool. After drop in water, my cellphone touch screen keep change page crazy randonly that you cannot control your touch screen. So, I looking for cellphobe repair. I just moved to Long Beach 2 days ago and dont know anything arojnd this area. I check the review in google in Long Beach and this shop pop up with the good review, so I give a chance to try. You have to understand how serious phone condition. Drop and float in the water!!.You dont know whatelse will damage after that. The water spread all around. Once I went to the shop, the technical guy check my phone right away. He gave me the price $225. He said he needed new part, so he locked the shop door and drove to get part at Westminster right away. The changing screen got fix on the same day. After that I realize the the phone speaker mic doesnt work. I give a tried to send message to the contact number. That was almost 10 pm. I didnt expect to recieve reply right away and didnt know that the number is his cellphone number. However, I just try to text him anyway. Nothing lose for me. 3 mins later, he replied me back. So impress!! He said he may need to change the part. I made sure if he going to charge extra like other many shops. He said no. Well I still not so sure about that. "Maybe he might charge later" I thought woth prepare for the worst. In the next day, I drop my phone. He said come pick up 2 hrs. later. I left my husband contact number for him. The 2 hrs later he contacted my husband to said the phone is ready to pick up. When I pick up, I check the phone and it work great. He also gave me the phone case to protect my phone for FREE! and the total price is still $225 at the end with 6 months warantee!! I can see that he is knowledgable man about the phone with five stars customer service. Thank you very much for fixing my phone. I am really appreciated.

I had my Nexus 6 cracked screen repaired here. The guy said it would be $200 and I said thats fine because any higher then I wouldnt do it. They loaned me a cheap phone which was great. The next day the guy said his local supplier had sent him the wrong screen replacement even though we browsed the internet to make sure he got the right one. Now, they would have to order the part from ebay, but the price now was $260. I asked him how long it would take for him to receive the part and he said about 3-5 business days. I asked if he had received a tracking number and he said no. I told him I wanted to cancel-too long and price increase. The next day, he said phone was repaired because he picked up the part from another local supplier. In the end, phone was repaired but after much hassle.

So i just got my samsung galaxy s6 edge and its brand new. Since i just got it not more then two weeks later my phone was stuck on just one screen did everything i could think off and it was still frozen. I even took to a sprint store they were going to charge me. It clearly wasnt my fault that the phone was acting up. And the whole process of dealing with the insurance was crap. So I took it to T.Cs and got it fixed. It was alot cheaper cause I have gotten my computer fixed there. The sevice was fast i was in and out in under 30 mins. I got my phone fixed and i paid alot less than going back to sprint and dealing with all the hoops and loops.100% satisfation with the work. No games just quality good work. Thats why i keep going there to get my electronics fix.

I took my phone to another store, and they gave me a thirty days warranty . Before the thirty days passed I had to bring it back to them,they ended up charging me extra. Found TC Cell Phone Repairs, got in and out in less than a hour with a six month warranty and all the parts were original they explained to me that they dont make the parts but only use oem thats why hey ofer 6 month warranty if any problems to bring it back

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. The guy who repairs phones is a liar. He glues your screen when he repairs it and doesnt own up to it till you keep insisting that it was glued. This place obviously isnt established and work with a bunch of counterfeits. $80 for a fake screen. You tell me if its worth it.

I received excellent service. Got my phone next day as promised. My LCD went out on GS5. Every other place wanted to charge me more and wanted me to wait a week. Tony Thanks for all your help. I will definitely go back. I had to travel about 30 minutes to get there, but well worth it.
