Worst service ever. I wish there was an option to put 0 stars. To Bad I have to give them one star they dont even deserve one star. I took my phone to fix with them and they took a month to fix the phone. When they give me the phone the phone had the wrong parts and they told me they had missed placed the home button and thats why they put the black instead of the gold which thats the regional part for the phone. I also paid $25 for a case and $25 for a fiber glass protection screen. The case was a cheap ass case and the fiberglass was all broken cracked from the top. I assure you dont go to this business youre not gonna get what you paid for worse and horrible service ever....

Love these guys, seriously. Rick, Robert, Gus and Rafi will take care of you like nobody else in the business. I went to the Apple Store in Santa Monica last week and the manager (Kaitlyn) wouldnt even give me the time of day. I was treated badly and all I wanted to do was purchase some products. Ive been in business all my life and I know how to treat customers, and so do these guys at "IT CAN BE FIXED" on Imperial Hwy. Believe me, its worth the drive! Call them and tell them I sent you.

Nothing but a scam They cant fix anything here Dishonest and steal your money I brought my phone here to be fixed from water damage and they took a week to simply tell me the lcd was broken when I already knew that. They claimed they replaced the lcd screen but the phone still doesnt work. Dont bother with this business. If it were possible to give a negative amount of stars, then I would because this business deserves it for ripping people off.

Fixed my charging port but mest up my mic and that took like 5 days to get it back. Took it to get the mic fixed and took me 3 days to get my phone plus my wireless charging doesnt work. Everytime I called people said it would be ready in an hours so I wasted my time going and it wasnt ready. Either way I wont be going back. All this process took about 2 weeks and it was really frustrating.

They know what they are doing. Would give 5 stars but on one occasion they totally miss quoted the time. I ended up waiting and waiting and waiting about 3 hours for the technician whom they kept saying was just around the corner, on his way, should be here in a minute etc...I had already left and come back at the original time estimate. But the work is good. They will fix it!

Good Customer service. They are polite and they run you through what they are gona do to your phone. In my case my phones screen was broken and pieces were coming off water managed to get inside to the LCD but they fixed it 1hr tops. Phone looks great and works great like it ised to when i first bought it. Definitely recommend this place.

These guys are shady man I took my phone to get my screen changed and I had screen problems the next day and when I took it back they kept it for 2 days and they said my phone is cracked so it cant be fixed they tried removing my screen and chipped a piece and refuse to fix it Ill never go there again.

These guys are legit! Friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to phone repairs. They offer OE as well as aftermarket replacement parts. Highly recommend! They even replaced my tempered glass screen protector after losing my receipt free of charge.
