Came in into the store for some simple questions that should have just taken 15 minutes max to answer. But instead took about an hour. First of all, no greeter to check in. Took about 10 minutes until someone actually checked us in. After that people who were farther down the list were getting help before me. Store associates there have no sense of urgency or awareness. Their customer service is the slowest I have seen ever in a retail setting. Overall worst experience i have ever had in any type is store. Even McDonald gives better customer service than here.

Switch to At&t, signal was bad for me and slow internet, about 3.94 mbps, in some areas nothing, try to returned phones and it was such a problem, they actually sent me to the corporate office with phones to be returned there at 8420 Firestone Blvd, Downey, CA 90241 They got upset because all the problems that the retail store create are sent the corporate Office, I personally dont recommend this place go to corporate office, better attention there....

The sales guy told me that he paired my watch with my iphone , But he did not , he also said that my phone was ready to use ,but actually it was not. I think this place should fire everyone and start all over, NEW YEAR NEW STAFF!!!!!!!

Walked into the store stood right in front waited for about 5min, this one female worker got done with someone,another man steps in he gets attended right away,and I didnt even get acknowledged. Bad service. So I left the store.

Would have given it NO STARS, The customer service is really bad. They dont answer the calls and Im pretty sure they hung up a couple of times on me. Their sales people are not knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Went to an AT&T in Huntington Park to wait 2 hours because they did not have enough workers to help 3 people. Went to this store and was helped instantly. Aaron was fantastic and very helpful.
