Called this store prior to going in. On the phone I was treated like a person, not a customer, the guy was not trying to sell me extra stuff on the phone. All he did was answer my questions and nothing else, made me have high hopes for the in store experience. They also put the phone I wanted, Galaxy s7 Edge in Black, on hold for me so I could come in and buy it that day. I walk into the store and I am greeted by two guys, the atmosphere in the store was very friendly and did not really feel like a retail store. The clerk there immediately got to work and started helping me get my new phone. The guy there was very transparent with me and did not try to talk me into any "special offers". He told me every little thing that I was going to be charged for and I ended up being put on a leasing plan for the phone, but it only charged me 8 more dollars a month on my monthly bill. I was in there for over an hour and I really did not feel like I was stuck there. I got to talk with the sales associate and we had some conversations about college and where he was from. Overall, it was a very good experience and I am going back to this store every time that I need something done with my phone. I really recommend it.

Oh my how I begin ! Christian went far and beyond to help me ! I bought a new iPhone 7 and had many problems transferring my information . My email had to be reset ... I spent hours for days with him helping me !!! I just cant thank him enough for his patience and understanding not to mention all his time in the phone problem solving , such a pleasant young man !!!!!! Thank you Christian !!!!!
