I was in town visiting a friend when I accidentally dropped my phone and shattered the screen. Being someone who cannot be without a phone for more than 30 minutes I frantically began searching for the closest repair shop in Seal Beach when I drove by a uBreakiFix right on PCH and Main Street. As soon as I walked in I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. I was greeted by Edwin, the owner of the store, who immediately put me at ease and told me he could fix my screen in less than 45 minutes! What was even more convenient was being able to walk down Main Street for lunch and head right back. Edwin’s customer service was outstanding and the new glass screen was perfect. Needless to say I was extremely HAPPY and would without a doubt recommend uBreakiFix Seal Beach to everyone in the community including anyone simply driving by their store.

UbreakIfix is a wonderful place. After I accidentally sat on my 1000 dollar Toshiba laptop, I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they told me the unit was too old to be worth fixing, and the parts were hard to find, even though I originally bought the computer at Best Buy 7 years earlier! I decided to get a second opinion from UbreakIfix and I had the unit back and in perfect condition in less than three days, for a paltry 175 bucks! Much better option than the 1200 dollar laptop that Best Buy recommended I buy. The people that work at UbreakIfix were exceedingly polite, patient in explaining their process, and prompt to call me everyday until I was able to pick up my computer. Just amazing! UBreakIFix seal beach location is great! They have the best customer service, very welcoming and patience. I had a fast service too, I decided to wait in the store while my phone was being fixed (badly cracked screen) and as I waited I watched the employees greet two more customers, it seems like they had already dropped off their devices, right away the customers were updated about the status of their devices and answered with any questions they had. This just goes to show how attentive this store is and the great service they offer. Edwin, the owner fixed my screen and Im beyond greatful. Highly recommend this store!

The charging port on my phone hasnt been working properly and it was very frustrating. I walked by this store so i could ask some questions about the cause and how much it would cost to fix. A rep named Christian assisted me and he was extremely helpful. He explained to me that the issue was most likely an easy fix that wouldnt require a fee of any kind. He was kind enough to get the gunk out of my phone and saved me about 80 bucks. While i didnt actually have any work done here, their customer service and honesty were above and beyond. If i eve need some actual work done i will most certainly return here.

Both my husband and I have found this store and its employees really helpful. They confirmed that my husbands cell phone - that was thoroughly washed with the laundry - despite still having some functionality - could not be returned to normal. Then my older Android lost its ability to charge. Edwin ordered a new charge receptor. I left my phone overnight and they soldered the replacement piece in place. Phone works good as new. As back up, I now also have, purchased from them, a charger directly for the battery IF needed. Service friendly, prompt with clear education. I recommend them highly.

This place is great and their staff is super friendly and helpful. I took my iPad with a cracked screen and the home button was not working. The screen was so bad it was held together with tape. Im sure I am not the only one to have done this LOL!! They fixed it in a couple of hours and now its like new. I wish I would have brought it sooner. Forgot how much I missed it. Now my entire family is using it. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I was recently traveling the West Coast when I needed to fix my MAC asap. I found this location on Google and It did not disappoint. They were very quick and concise to identify my problem and I was on the road in a couple of hours. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was in need of repairing my cracked iPhone. Came across this store on my way home from work, so I decided to pop in and get it fixed. The employee that greeted us (Edwin) was SUPER helpful. He was great at explaining what work needed to get done and was on time with his promise. If youre in the neighborhood and need your stuff fixed - i say check them out!

Havent had my phone fixed yet and I understand i walked into the store with only one hour to close but piece of advice guys, you might want to whisper a little quieter.id rather you be straight with me and say bring it back tomorrow rather than say "our asurion tech is in today." Have had my phone fixed twice and my husbands once. Service is excellent and they are extremely knowledgeable. They run diagnostics first and communicate through the whole process. I thought my phone was done for, but they fixed it, better than new. Id highly recommend to anyone needing a phone or tablet repaired.

Brought my laptop in the power button was not working . Store Manager Omar had it back and running in abut an hour also fixed a broken hinge. I had my iPhone fixed at uBreakiFix and I personally think they are the best. Very professional and excellent costumer service. I broke my iPhone screen and they fixed it right away. My screen is perfect and the colors are great, they really have excellent screens. I highly recommend uBreakiFix!!!

Went in and had my PS4 looked at because it was giving me an error message and not playing a game. They looked at it ended up being a corrupt file. They told me how to fix it myself ands didnt charge me for looking at it. Will definitely go back
