The most absolute worst wireless store I have ever visited. Was running late needed a sprint store near my job to post money towards my account.They didnt have a kiosk In-Store (Appreciates Kiosk like no other now). I had to pay my bill through an employee (Marquise Barnes) who then posted the money to the wrong account. Called the store and spoke with a Nisa or Nas (female)...she told me she would let her manager Amy know of the whole misunderstanding. My mother also spoke to her cause I couldnt receive the callback. Even gave them 8 days to resolve the issue without hassling them. My service has been cutoff, so I will have to visit this sprint store today with no receipt of my last transaction. I will have to go corporate if I lose out on 113$ dollars.

I just called the store twice. The first time, it rang a few times and then it was picked up but nobody said anything. I called back and it rang once, then it was picked up, but it sometimes need like someone was trying to make a call. I said "hello?", and the employee was very confused that there was someone on the phone. I asked my question, and the employee was very short with his answers and not very helpful.

This place was so so, but is now under new management. The customer service is fantastic. Dont let the reviews deter you. They really make an effort to help you with whatever you need. Amy was awesome in helping me resolve the issues I was having with my phone.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Previous reviewer was probably not very patient or just plain rude. Also this is a preferred retailer which is a step below an official corporate store almost one in the same... Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. You can do most things here (start service, upgrade phones, repairs) but certain account related issues have to be handled by a corporate store, such as the one on Westminster Blvd.

Sprints service is terrible. I switched to them from Verizon and regretted every minute on their network. However the store is a good shopping experience.
