I brought Fix Repair my LG G4 on 10/24 with a cracked screen but otherwise fully functioning. I explained my situation: I am traveling, leaving town tomorrow night, and will not be able to come back to Long Beach to pick it up later. No problem they say, they will have it ready. They do the repair, get it back to me on time, and the screen looks good. Great right? The next morning my phone is a brick. It turns itself off while I am using it, then refuses to turn back on. I did not drop it, I barely used it and I even bought a brand new heavy-duty case. By this point I am out of town and unable to return, just like I explained. They refuse to refund the $120 I spent because I cannot come in for them to check it out. Sure, I could send it to them at my own cost and be without a phone for weeks, but that is absolutely unacceptable. I try to tell them I can do send them a video with my laptop but nothing. Now I am out $120 with a completely useless phone that worked fine before I brought it to FixCenter. Definitely would not go back.

Came here to get my phone fixed a few months ago and it seemed like a good experience at first; pricing was affordable, friendly service, only waited an hour to get my phone back, and my phone looked great. However, my phone has been glitching and wonky ever since. After Getting my phone "fixed," my phone screen goes out, my key board malfunctions all the time, and it has become very frustrating to use my phone at all. Not sure what went wrong, but I would not recommend this place like it was recommended to me. I would have just gone to the repair place on Anaheim and Ximeno, which is only a few blocks down, if I would have known my phone would be worse after going here. Dont waste youre time, or money coming here

Couldnt give 0 stars. Was quoted a price and given an "appointment" time 2 days after the date I called. Called on the day of the appointment to confirm appointment, and ensure that part was available for repair same day. Drove 2 hours to get there at appointment time to be told by the person claiming to be the owner that part needs to be brought over from warehouse and will be 25$ extra and even then phone wont be available till next day. Many other options online, take your business elsewhere, these folks dont value your time.

As i was getting down from my car today i forgot I had my phone on my lap and just seen it hit the concrete slowly :/ i picked it up and I could even see the screen there were blue green and red lines all over I tough it was going to cost me and arm and a leg to fix my iPhone 6s but I called the Fixcenter and Elvis was able to come to my job and get it done. I Highly recommended the fixcenter they come to you on a timely matter and they fixed your phone with in 15 min max. Thank you guys!

So convenient! I thought my phone was done for but he assured me that it was just the LCD screen and they would arrive at my address in 40 minutes. They do the work in their car and it is very quick. They also managed to fix two of my friends phones while they were here as well (a damaged LCD screen and new glass screen, and a broken front camera). Very friendly, affordable and efficient!

I have been in the people buisness all my life.And for me to the point knowing there buisness and HONESTY IS THE KEY! I had a few visits trying to specialize my phone and was able to watch as a by stander. And i have to share (in the intrest of wasted time that ) that todays buisness seem to excell in.i can asure you its a great job great price and you leave feeling nice.

Great experience. Called about my LG G2 and had the screen repaired same day. Theyre open until 9pm which is very convenient, best cell phone repair job Ive had done. I used another highly rated Yelp shop in the past that was just so-so, wish I had found this place first. Very professional, screen repair was done correctly. Knowledgeable and easy to work with.

So Far, So Good.I sent my Nexus 5x for repair estimate was very reasonable, hopefully all goes as planned. Will Update Once the work is completed :) Update the repair people were very professional and they fixed my phone for a lot less than I thought it was going to cost. If you need your phone repaired, come here.

Great staff. Knowledgeable but unfortunately since I had a newer HTC parts were not available. But they still worked with me and found a solution of buying another HTC and returning after they used the parts and reassembled both phones so I could retrieve my data
