I have been going to this location for some time paying my bill and for other services and have always had a great experience the stuff there is amazingly very nice the girls are sweet and very helpful kaitlyn and Priscilla are amazing and Luis I feel has always gone out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with whatever situation I was dealing with my phone or my billing questions or issues I was having , I will say that the three of them work very good as a team I noticed, and whenever I walk in youre always greeted with a nice smile and politeness. They exemplify good customer service and T-Mobile should be very proud of these three employees I thank them very much for all the help that they had given me and I look forward to seeing them the next time I stop in to pay my bill. and/or to upgrade my phone.

Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all when I needed a replacement sim card. Ive been a customer for years and used the same sim card the entire time and the staff wouldnt offer me a replacement. Instead they wanted 15$ for the chip. I mentioned that the chip was being sold for $0.99 on their website after the SIM99 promo code and they thought it was a funny joke as if I was buying out of some garage sale. T-mobile needs to hire people who take the time to inform themselves of their own companys products/promotions and know how to treat their customers. Overall, I had a poor experience here with unprofessional/ignorant staff. I would not recommend coming here nor should T-mobile sustain this stores employees.

Nice people but please for the love of God stop wasting time with small talk with other customers that youre supposed to be helping. I walk in and I see both employees busy with customers. One employee is actually doing something and getting a couple of phone while the other is just making small talk. Im not here to listen to Mindless small talk when an employee is clearly not doing anything except standing there and talking. If youre not going to help the other customers then at least help me otherwise dont waste time with needless small talk and take care of the other customers and then come to me.

Worst customer service ever! Read great reviews about Rodney. Sadly, he went on break when I arrived and I was stuck dealing with a guy who was horrible! I bought the s5 and paid cash. He didnt set my phone up correctly, didnt transfer my contacts, was apathetic about the entire sale and almost forgot to set up my new blue tooth. All of this took 2 hours! Im 9 months pregnant and standing that long was very unpleasant. If I shell out $800 cash I expect some type of quality service.

We cant support this store enough. They transferred four lines from another carrier and took us through the process easily. Pricilla, Jeffery and Luis represented their company well. Separating from the other carrier was the hard part, but T-Mobile support made it worth our time. Huge savings on the current four lines for $40, unlimited plan. Thanks!

I called the store to find out why the service was so slow on my Hot Spot. I was told to call "61" on my cell phone - of which I had none. I was told this was "the only way." WHen I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off. Rotten is a kind word for this kind of service.
