They lied to me, then lied some more, and left me screwed. The sales representative told me that I could add a line and port in a number to get a free phone, well my girlfriend didnt need or want a crappy metro phone, because she has an iPhone that she loves already. THE SALES REP told me that I would just be able to put the SIM card from my new plan in her iPhone and it would work. IT DID NOT. Even worse they had her port in her phone number from AT&T which was active and paid. Now I have an iPhone paperweight, my angry girlfriend has a crappy metro phone and the SALES REP HAS THE NERVE TO SAY "YOU CAN STILL USE IT ON WI-FI." Update: I was able to call metro and get everything straightened out the next day. Im satisfied with the outcome. I was just frustrated at the time.

Today, I went trying to buy a phone. Sign in on there Touch screen computer that doesnt even work right. After successfully signing in, I go and check out the phones. After debating on two different phones I make up my mine on which one I want. Waited about an hour until my name was called by Thomas. Told Thomas that I want to buy a phone and point out the one I wanted. Right away he told me that they dont have it. They I ask him on another phone that I was looking at and again he told me they dont have it and that he checked already. But this whole time he was standing right next to me??? He should of been more helpful by at least checking the back for both phones. I thought they were going to have a big inventory due to the size of the store but I guess not.

Most of the people who work their are helpful but there is always one Tomas I dont get him at all he has always pawned us off on someone else every time we go in i dont know if its a personal thing a racial thing or what but every time the mgr has to step in and refer us to another employee I hope its just a commission thing but other then that ya the place is good been going better then a year with only the one problem I recommend them to everyone

this is a bad place. i returned a phone and service of $71.34 on 11/9/2010. $31.34 was refunded right away. $40.00 was promised in 72 hours. i called in many times after that and never got through and done. i came to the store and the manager promised personally to do right away; but until now almost 2 months past, it is not refunded. i have to call my credit card company to dispute. What a promise from a big company PCS (poor customer service)

Avoid this Corporate store and head to an independent retailer, the manager (Manny)at this store, is a complete tool. Not only is he rude, but he will retaliate by posting a lot of bad stuff on your Metro PCS account. If he would only spend his time actually taking care of customers. A small independent retailer finally resolved what Customer Service and the Corporate store could not do.

This is the location you run to for warranty issues (something you may now wish you purchased with your phone) when something breaks. A knowledgeable staff with an ample supply stock, I typically patronize the store down the street on Magnolia for simple payments and purchases while coming to this location for matters that require the heavier lifting capacity of a corporate office.

If you hate coming to Katella Metropcs. Please visit Beach/Lampson MetroPCS location. They offer great customers service. They are very attentive to your needs, helpful and move in a timely manner. Its just 3 streets down south of Beach Blvd. Less then 1 mile or so . Ask for Hugo, he will help you out with what ever concerns you may have.

The worst customer service. when you walk in you sign up to talk to clerks and wait is about 45 min. people walk in off the street without signing in walk up to clerks and they get help. Their organization skills have a lot to be desired. Try calling to see if your order is ready thats a joke they dont answer the phone.

Wait can sometimes be lengthy but this is the best store if you dont wanna be screwed by the dealers. Had to check in a few times for a phone because they tend to run out (lots of traffic) but I did end up getting what I wanted. Most complaints seem to be from people who dont understand supply and demand.

My boyfriend & I went to get a new phone. We asked the guy on the sales floor if they have the phone that we were looking for, he automatically respond NO. We asked another sales person, he went to the back & check it & said they have it. They need to train their staff to be helpful & not ignore customers.

terrible customer service. Employees are all walking back and fourth just talking to each other while customers are waiting. I had a girl help me and she gets a personal call and tells me to wait while she talks to her friend.

Cell phone stores are rarely pleasant experiences so I guess this place was pretty decent. They stayed later to sell me my new phone but I felt pressured into making a decision I wasnt quite ready for!

Called two hours ahead to pick up a phone. They claimed to have a huge inventory. Waited an hour to purchase just to have them tell me they have been out of stock for weeks! Go somewhere else!
