I went to there 4-14-15 Try to upgrade phone store duty manager refuse of service Because I did not hear him. I give him phone customer service offerings He did want to talk to customer service. He is start laughing at me Because I am oriental all other customer laughing at me. Because I am only in oriental customer in the store. I make a appointment He want me to go to other verizon store Also they are close 7pm. I hope some one out there reading They must not refuse customer like me. Please, better service next customer

Came in with my wife and was helped by the Manager named JOSE and his associate RICKY whom gave us exceptional help. Very well mannered and gave us everything we needed, went beyond his way to make us happy and satisfied with the overall process of our visit.
