DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Came here because I am personally familiar with the cellairis brand. Have to say this one was extremely disappointing. Requested a premium screen witch is OEM or of OEM quality talked to the manager in advance about the screens he seemed pretty confident so I went for it even tho it was $140. Anyways he showed me the product in advance it looked good, so I gave the okay, he said itll be ready in 30, I left so he could do his job. When I picked it up it was doing okay paid the guy in cash and he said I couldnt have a receipt. I said okay as long as Im in the system (I signed paperwork too so I wasnt worried) but when I opened apps it started glitching. I gave it 24 hours and still acting up, I called and the guy said restart it so I did and it still doesnt work, but now my screen is separating (and for those of you who dont know, OEM shouldnt do this) I called today and he starts talking over me, and yelling AT ME! And hangs up the phone. He was saying that he showed me the part and that it was OEM and I would like to point out that this is NOT OEM 1. Adhesive is failing to keep the screen together (witch is known to do so in after market items) 2. There is no polarizer film on the LCD (also not found on after market screens) 3. The digitizer is glitching (known to happen on aftermarket screens due to the motherboard not accepting the screen. Also touchscreen issues is covered on the 7 day warranty) This location is shady he said I cant go anywhere else because Im not in the system. So what, he just kept my cash and fixed my phone with a worthless screen?

Took a perfectly working iphone 5c that had poor battery life to get a new battery. They had trouble getting the old one out and pried at it from all angles. Replaced with a 2013 battery, so I this is not even close to new. They do not fix the battery in place, just put it in loose. The replacement battery was at 0%, so had to charge it overnight. The next morning the phone powered on but the home button no longer worked. Took it back, they opened it up and confirmed that the home button contacts had been damanged. Refused to repair it, just closed it up and gave it back with a lot of BS about not being responsible. Bottom line, they dont know what they are doing, they are cutting so many corners the booth might as well be a tire. Complaint filed with mall management.

Had my iPhone 4 done today by Cellairis. Price was right and customer service was great, screen repair nicely done! Theres a lot of places that do cell phone repairs, but Cellairis is awesome because they offer a one stop shop for everything: iPhone 4 repair, cases, screen protectors, car chargers, headphones, whatever you need for your phone, they have it there. Theyre super friendly and will help you with whatever you need, even put on a screen protector on my phone on the house! They were also willing to give me a sweet discount on the cases after i got my repair. Good business, fast repair, great customer service, A+

I went for a scream change and ended up getting a gorilla glass to protect my screen. The guy showed me with a different phone how the glass works by hitting it and scratching it with scissor. It didnt break so I bought the product. By the second day my screen was all scratched and breaking off!!! So I went back and told the guy. And he said it would do all that stuff. And tried to sell me a new screen for $25 with a discount of $5 when I originally bought it for $20 at the same place.

This afternoon I went to Cellairis to get a repair on my screen of my IPhone 6 plush it went real smooth. The costumer service was great the employees are respectful and had allot of patients to my every question. The one thing that I loved is that they repaired my phone in front of me and that insured that I got my moneys worth. I recommend Cellairis to anyone who needs a phone repair .sam he is very nice guy thanks again mr sam for your excellent service ,

The guy at the booth gave us gorilla glass to put on my cell phone for $20 and the gorilla glass started breaking after two days. I went back when I started to break and the guy told me thats it suppose to break and offered to sell the same glass to me I got for $20 for $25 and then said Il give you 5 dollar off discount. Thats what I paid before hand....

I broke my iPhone 5C and had it repaired at Cellairis in Puente Hills Mall. They have great customer service and offer a great selection on cases and accessories. They do iPhone 4 repair, iPhone 5 Repair, and iPhone 5C repair. They were very fast and efficient with the repair and were very friendly.
