I had a bitter experience here. I would suggest the reps here to be more truthful to customers in conveying information. There was an offer from T-mobile on thanksgiving. T-mobile was giving two free lines. So I went there to get two lines. There was also an other offer that day where they were LG G pad for free with a line. But I was in need of a phone. When I checked with the representative Antony, he said that I can get a phone instead of tablet. So I got a phone on one of lines and G pad on other. This is where my problems started. I was supposed to be on a different plan for the phone to be free. When I asked Antony about the terms and conditions for getting the free offer on phone, he said that I just had keep using the line. I even checked with T-mobile customer care if this is a genuine offer. They told me that I have to fulfill the terms and conditions specified by Antony. And they did not mention about changing the lines. They also told me that offer would kick in after two months of validation that the lines are being used. But I did not receive my offer refunds even after two months. When I checked with T-mobile customer care they started saying that I had to either change my plan or go to store and talk to store manager. I was reluctant to change plan as it will be costlier for me. When I went to store to ask Antony about offer, he started lying that he did not tell me that the phone was free. I could not do much to prove myself that I was told by him the phone was free (I did not have any recorded conversation of us and there were not written terms and conditions for the offer that I was given then). I have informed customer care about this and they say they cannot take up this issue with store. So I am ended up with paying for a phone which was told to me is free.

Tried to return a phone by paying the restocking fee the day after I bought it (T-mobile allows 14 days), and the representative said that I wasnt allowed to. Funny thing is, shes the one that told me I could do it when I purchased the phone. I left the store confused, went to another t-mobile store, and was able to return the phone. Not sure what happened, but the representatives at this location should be more clear on the company policies, so that they dont mislead their customers.

This store location is great but the employees SUCK they do not know how to handle the systems they always mess up with my payments, i emd up ALWAYS paying the double price. The sad part is that they say they dont remember what they did to my account & cant return my money. Yesterday i went & this guy named Kevin he did not help me at all. Bad service & never going back again. The one i recommend to all those people is the one in Katella. Thank you for the service.

Everything went smooth but when I got home and checked my account on the t-mobile website. I found out my Data Plan changed. It went from 2 gb Data plan(free) to 6 gb Data plan ($15). They changed it right after I left the store. And they added items that I didnt buy and they charged me on the first bill. How can they do this? isnt that illegal? Do they think they can get away from it?

I FREQUENT THIS LOCATION SINCE IT IS RIGHT BEHIND MY HOUSE. THERE IS A COUPLE GREAT CLERKS HERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE FEW OTHER SHADY CLERKS HAVE ... INSTEAD OF ADDING A LINE TO MY ACCT. OPENED A WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT IN MY NAME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE NOW! I COULD GO ON BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PUSH ON TO THE NEXT T-MOBILE STORE!

When you ask the employees for assistance with problems with your phone they give you the round around. You ask for the manager and he dont have a answer. They definitely need some more training. Also when asked for the District Managers email he gave me wrong one. They need people that appreciate their jobs.

I think whoever talked me thought I was stupid. The iPhone 6splus does come in 16gb. She insisted they only came in 64gb to charge me more money. They only care about making money. But it the shadiest way possible.

Been here 15 minutes employee just walks around never once asked if he could hell us with anything. Also they are playing inappropriate music that I find offensive. Worst experience ever.
