Worse customer service ever. Walked in and Jessica is sitting with a customer, doesnt even acknowledge my presence, 2 more customers walked in and no acknowledgment whats so ever. Finally after 15 min I asked if theres a signup sheetand she finally signed us up. I get called by Cristine, explained that I want to upgrade my phone, she tells me she needs to speak to the manager, she never came back, 30 min later I just left the store

These guys couldnt be shadier if they tried. Not only did they sell me two iPhones as buy one get one free, then charged me for the second phone, they wouldnt lift a finger to fix the problem. Theyre swindlers and management is incompetent. If you must stick with att, go to a different location

I went right when they opened and it was very laid back. I liked that there were tables and chairs for us to talk with the employee. It doesnt feel rushed when they are assisting you which is always nice. Also the inside feels very refreshing ( It was starting to get hot outside.)

Rude, slow, lazy and did I mention slow. 2 people in waiting for service took 45 min. A visit to the dentist was quicker. Did I mention the employees are idiots and very slow.
