The Worst! If youre looking for a business model of how not to run a cell phone business, this, independent Verizon retailer is exactly what youre looking for. Upon meeting the owner/manager, he offered me a great way to upgrade my phone. Problem was they didnt have a phone in the store but that was easily fixed. He would go to another facility and get the phone and call me later in the day and I could come and pick it up that afternoon. He, no one, ever called. So, I called several times in morning the next day. The owner/manager would never come to the phone nor would he return my calls. So, I went to the store and said to another sales person, "Whats up?" He replied, "Heres the phone! Let me get it activated" Guess what, they couldnt get the phone activated. I said ok, get out another phone and activate it. They replied, "There isnt another phone." Instead of saying, "Sir, well get another phone in here this afternoon and get this all set up for you, they just said, "thats it, we dont have another phone like this and then proceeded to try and shift some other, completely different kind phone, onto me, which I rejected. All the while my saga is going on, the lady next to me was in a tither with another sales person. Seems she bought a phone that was having problems and she had brought it into the store on multiple occasions, and today when she came to see if the problems where fixed, she found out they had sold her phone. If youre looking for cell phone drama, capped with incompetency galore, you come to the right place. Im just saying, if youre looking to expand your communication horizons and are considering doing it with this store, beware and be careful.

To say the store was useless would give a bad name to useless people. Didnt get any store help for my sim card issue other than to call Asurion. Even the Verizon representative was surprised he didnt test my sim card there in the store. Maintaining Verizons long standing reputation for terrible retail stores.

Way better than waiting in line at "other" stores. I walked in, was greeted immediately and was helped within 2 minutes. I had issues with my bill and the rep that helped me ended up saving me over $50 a month. Definitely the best experience Ive had in a cell phone store.

The worst store and experience. Promised everything and got nothing and ripped off. Brandon, store manager was a con artist and then lied and said he never said what he said. DONt go to this store!!! Not a Verizon corporate store.

Like getting kicked in the junk going here. Been lied to for about 3 months. Crooks? Liars? All the above! Im sure some transactions go well, but if you have an issue you are in TROUBLE! Stay far way...trust me...I come in peace
