I stood outside talking to my ex regarding our son for like 10 minutes. Then, i walk in. There is 2 customers being helped. 6 employees that I saw. Im thinking this will be quick. As you enter, counter on da right has an employee is sitting on a chair looking at his phone while another employee is helping a customer. I looked to that counter and neither of the employees said anything or looked at me. So, I walked to the main counter straight ahead. Behind the main counter, 1 employee is helping the 2nd customer while 2 other employees are talking behind the main counters. One of which was Michael "retail manager". He walked from front to the back of the store couple of times while the other female employee would walk around doing nothing or staring at the computer screen. Im standing 5 feet away from the Main counter and still.... NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING. I made eye contact couple of times. Its been about 4 minutes since I walked in, the 6th employee walks from the back with items he is restocking. Im thinking... WTF. Am I a ghost? 2 more customers walked in and the lazy employee sitting on the chair gets up immediately. I walked towards the entrance to stand in line now. The same guy who didnt even look at me jumps to help anybody but me. Then the girl working behind the main counter walks up to me and has the nerve to ask me if anybody helped me. WTF lady. I stood in front of you for like 5 minutes and you know nobody helped me. What a great experience. Service is always pretty good til today. When Hiep is working, stuff gets done. This manager is lame arse. He needs to get fired for lack of customer service. Is it because I was standing outside talking on the phone before I came in is the reason why everybody ignored me?? Hiep, if you are reading this, Ill only come in when you are working. Otherwise, Ill go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service at this store! I added another line to my service and was told by the sales rep there that there was a promotion going on where I would get a free phone and a free speaker if I added another line. I now find out that I have to pay the installment payments on these items for two billing cycles before its credited. What?? The sales rep was helpful at first and gave me his personal cell to contact him but when I still needed help he failed to respond. Also, there was a "upgrade FEE" for my new phone, which he failed to inform me about until the end. Since then (early September) I have been to the store twice and two other representatives have failed to listen to what I was telling them about what I was told about the promotions and made me seem like I didnt know what I was talking about...just for them to go check and find out I was right! Thats not customer service. I also needed a bill breakdown today and the rep was just throwing numbers at me instead of telling me what I was actually paying for. After me insisting my charges were incorrect, another rep called the customer service line and I ended up getting a huge credit applied to my account because I was overpaying this month, which it was the first sales reps fault! There are alot of other details and complaints I have but I will leave that for the customer relations letter that I will be writing ASAP. The workers here seem incompetent and tell you what things "are or arent" while dismissing what you (the customer) are saying is the actual issue! Just horrible...zero stars if I could.

This t mobile is the best. Chris is very professional and really values existing customers. Did a great job explaining my opinions and didnt over load me with information from opinions i wasnt interested in. Iv been here a few times and the other members of staff are great as well. Save yourself frustration and time, and make this your normal shop for your mobile hard wear

My "home" T-Mobile store. Im always treated well and my needs are met. I was there to get an LG V20 for my son and our sales associate, Chris, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were unable to leave with our phone, but the order was placed. A few more days.

Not friendly place. Except you are here to open a new plan. I went here to buy a new sim card ( which is a essential thing in any mobile store). Yet a employee here tells here. We dont do the sim card. Ignorance , carelessness. Would not recommend
