I do not know why the T-Mobile to hire the less knowledge and uneducated Manager ( Jay) in this store. Reason: I bought the new SIM Card on T-mobile online for my Mom phone . And brought it to this store for activation . He (Jay) check it and told me that this SIM to use already. I ask him is it make sense . The SIM still on card and never use .. How do you know this SIM used and still on this card . ..But T-Mobile seem like sold the bad SiM or cheat on the customer. I ask him you are the T-mobile employee and need to change it for me . He did know about the T-mobile process to help their customer ... I just switch it to Criket ... I thought T-Mobile will be out of business soon if still this guy to run the store for them. good luck

It was the worst experience in buying phones ever. After 3 hours of worthless customer service, I ended up being charged almost $1000 and end up with no phone and a horrible mood! I wouldnt recommend this store to my enemies! I went to another store and they were able to get everything done in less than 15 minutes!

Lori is a horrible customer service rep at this location. Huge attitude problem. Very unattentive and ignored every question I attempted to ask. The off-duty manager was more helpful. I am suprised this Lori is even employed in a big company like T-Mobile. Ask for Lauren instead, very helpful and knows a lot more.

The manager there is excellent. His name escapes me, but he and his staff were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this place. I had a switchover from Sprint that would have confused most people. They handled it very well.

Avoid if possible.Poor customer service,terrible wait times to be helped. Everytime I visited this store to get a new phone my bill ends up doubling because of something they do in the store. Avoid.
