I have worked here for 4 years. The thing people dont remember is: We do not have a phone we are a kiosk. I know there is a phone number on the receipt, call it. No one answered and it went to voice mail? Did you leave a message? I know you dont want to. Do it anyways.. Like previously stated, we dont have a phone. We do not do refunds and we do not do exchanges with out a receipt unless otherwise specified. NO EXCEPTIONS! (sorry Momma!) Yes I am more than willing to help you out with whatever discounts available but you have to ask what discounts are being offered that day, and no I cannot give you free items. Yes, not paying for your screen protector is stealing. As is damaging any of my cases. I will call security, no I am not kidding. I am a mad woman armed with windex, made to walk around in a box all day. There is only so much I can do but I will do it if necessary. No, yelling at me, cursing at me, calling me a liar and asking if I am just here to stand and look pretty when I do not know the answer is not going to make me help you any faster. I am not denying you a refund to be mean, it is company policy. We are a franchise. I know you were on the east coast last year and they fix galaxy phones, thats great. We dont. I am so sorry you had a bad experience last time you were here. Let me make it up to you by being the sweetest that I possibly can. No dont talk trash about my co-workers, I wasnt there so I take no sides. Yes I will be calling them to see what can be done for the situation at hand. We are all human. Yes, I am the only one here. No I cannot give out phone numbers to the other employees or the manager but, I will call them for you and put you on speaker phone. Pease, do not call me princess or anything else while angry or to purposefully be degrading, I am the QUEEN, have some respect. And finally, If you drop your phone in the toilet TELL ME!! Its never a pleasant experience to open a case to a phone full of excrement. There is only so much I can put up with and since I have a child under 5, I am all tapped out. Be kind, I am only human.
