i have come here on two separate occasions. the first time it was about a 2 star visit at best. the second time i came here made me (a verizon customer) almost want to switch over to at&t. the only reason i am leaving this is because of the over the top, exceptional customer service we received from "christine ashkar" she went above and beyond the call to help us save some money and actually help us, the customer. the first time we visited was because the iphone screen cracked on my girlfriends phone and we were given a simple answer of buy a new phone and not much wiggle room or alternative options besides that. we returned a couple days later to further inquire about the broken phone and that is where "christine" really broke down the plan and how many payments were left for us and spoke english to us, and by that i mean she didnt make you feel dumb or locked in to the current account. she explained that option as well as a couple other routes we couldve taken. she gave us alternatives that the other team member couldnt have given us even if they tried.

terrible customer service. Why did i sign a two year contract ? as soon as i left store discovered my phone was broken, so came back in the next day only to realize the incompetency of the employees. There were 7 people staffed and they could only help two customers at a time. I waited over 40 minuted before i was seen (i was next person in line - with 8 people waiting behind me) i was next told that they could replace my phone , but not with what I had brought ( nokia lumia 1020) they then sent me on a wild goose hunt store to store only to never find a phone, needless to say i had to pay 250 dollars more to have at&t send me a new phone from the factory. No one at this company can assume responsibility for a mess up , they point fingers at each other like a first grade class at recess. Thank you AT&T and hope you burn in hell

Competent staff who are knowledgeable about their products. Other AT&T stores in the area fall below this standard. I go out of my way to come to this location when I need something, even though there are other locations closer to me.

Tech support needs to have a way to talk with them if need be, And when I found a number to call them no one picked up the phone, So frustrating, wanted to poke myself in the eye
