This is one of the most horrible return and customer service stories I have ever had. My suggestion is use an actual Verizon Wireless retailer, and not Wireless Plus if you really need customer service. I have never had any problems with returns or customer service in a regular Verizon Wireless store. This was the first time I went to this authorized reseller and my biggest mistake. I went into this store because my blackberry would not dial out at all and I needed was a replacement that day. I spoke to an Asian female, and she spoke to Edwin, and they stated they could not furnish a replacement, so they gave me their sales pitch for the Droid and I bought it on a 2nd line. After a while, I decided to return it because I did not want to pay for the second line and the data plan that came with it. I would just wait for the early upgrade instead. I paid $365 cash for the Droid that day and already expected to the pay the $35 restocking fee if I decided to returned it, which was fine. I returned it within the 15-day policy period. It was a long time before having all the paperwork done and finally receiving my Droid, but I did not appreciate the wait time, especially when Edwin spent time making moves and flirting heavily with the Asian female salesperson. Please take that behavior out of the office or at home, thats very unprofessional. After returning the phone in 10 days, and having it carefully inspected for several minutes, trying to look for the smallest indentation, the store representative found one. The phone had a very small indentation and had to be placed at a special angle in the light to see the indentation on the keypad. So instead of the $35, he charges me about $140 for the return fee. I guess theres not much I could do about that. So they owe me about $220. Expecting my cash return, he tells me "Oh, did they tell you about the return policy for cash. You have to wait for a check in the mail." This didnt make me too happy since I paid cash. He (a different salesperson) told me that I have to wait about a week for the check. I waited a week, then went back into the store, and complained, and asking, "How come I havent received my check?" Edwin tells me "You have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for your check." and since there was a customer in the store, Edwin added some bull to make it sound like he was on top of things. "We specifically ordered it Rush for you." Not only did I have a problem with waiting for the cash, I had a problem with just cancelling the 2nd line phone service. The store manager was hesitant about helping us cancel the phone service because he was already not pleased of the phone return. He had a "You deal with it!" attitude. We called on our cell phone at the store and ended up giving the phone to Edwin anyways because we couldnt deal with it. Everything lied upon his word about whether we returned the phone or not and why it wasnt noted on the account. On the 4th week, we came back to the store. We still hadnt received the check. Now Edwin says, "You have to wait 8 to 10 days for the check and we ordered it rush for you. Dont worry, youll get your money." Guess what, I dont have to tell you. I called back to the store, and everytime i would get an excuse like "the person who writes checks is gone for the day" and "Im with a customer and there is other customers waiting". We asked for a direct line to the refund office, but Edwin refused to give us that number. After doing some research on the internet, I found the corporate office and had to complain to them. They said that it should have only taken a month, and it had been almost two months already. They finally issued us a check after exactly two months. Im glad that the corporate office was good about paying, but there was no excuse to have to wait this long for a refund check. SO THIS IS A WORD OF WARNING: WORKING WITH AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER WAS MY MISTAKE, IF YOU WANT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, USE A REAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE OR USE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE.

Unfortunately the option to give this place zero stars is not available so the 1 star will have to be for the short drive from my home to this location. Date - 1/09/11 Time - 1:15 - Now for the review, plain and simple, dont waste your time going to this location. The customer service is horrible! My wife was looking to extend her contract with Verizon and take advantage of a deal to get the HTC Droid Incredible for free. Anyways, we found a package online and we were looking to see if Best Buy or Target would match it. Even though they could match the price they couldnt match the bundle with it. I called this place and the girl said they could match it with the approval of her supervisor. We drive to this place and right away notice its empty and shes in a corner chatting with some guy that seems to be her boyfriend. I mentioned I was the person that had called and she went ahead and called her supervisor. She then tells me they cant match it because they dont have the phone in stock. Why didnt she tell me that when I first called? Probably to busy with her man I suppose. I asked her if she could check with another store. With an attitude, she gets on the phone and calls the Glendora location. She then starts to whisper (as if I still couldnt hear her) telling them I have an online bundle thats not from verizon, then goes on to say... we cant match it, can you? She hangs up and tells me, sorry, they cant match it because its not a verizon deal and neather can we. I was like what? I thought you supervisor said you can, she replies, well no we cant, its not a verizon bundle. She goes back to her little corner and starts whispering to her boyfriends.... horrible horrible horrible service. I can understand if the store has limits on what they can match, but be proffesional about it, after all, youre getting paid to provide service, not to stand in a corner getting hot and bothered with your teenager boyfriend.

I was very skeptical about coming here because of the previous reviews but I decided to check it out anyways. And let me tell you, Im thankful I did. The sales representative there named Dennis Rodriguez had the best customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman was so nice and answered all of my questions. He gave me a excellent deal on a new phone and even altered my plan so it was cheaper. Words cant describe how good of customer service I got. I really dont write reviews but this is the least I can do. Thank you Dennis, I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone.
