May 26, 2017 Went to this cricket wireless authorized retailer today afternoon. The person talked with us was having lunch, playing with her phone, and having no eye contact with us, not even raised up her head from the beginning of the talk until I got mad about her attitude and raised up my voice. The person never apologized for her poker face and disrespect. When I said she should at least looked at me as a costumer while I was talking to her, the person argued back that she was having a break time and she was listening to me talking. There was no sign saying she was in a break. And by that time, she was still with her chopsticks and lunch boxes in front of me. I really hope there is a number I can call about my complaint. This kind of person should be fired or give her a serious warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
