I went with my boyfriend to get some information on a plan we were interested in, after talking to someone in customer service over the phone. The customer service lady was very helpful compared to Michael, who had helped us. The guy was being a real d*** to us and to other customers that was near us. He told us something different than what we were told over the phone and there was no way we were gonna pay over $100 for a new phone that day. My boyfriend said to let us think about it first and Michael literally waved his hand at us. In other words saying, "go ahead." The idiot never said a word and just walked away. We stepped out to look at some information we had and came back in, but Michael never returned to us again. We got help from another lady and she gave us a higher price. We then agreed to call customer service some time this week. Horrible customer service and Michael is not one to go to feel welcomed or be helped by.

Weve had NONSTOP problems recently with our internet and telephone line, so we gave Verizon a good few calls and they decided to send a tech out to our home. They sent a man named Richard Garcia. He was THE BEST tech man we have ever come across. He was extremely helpful, very sweet to my 93 year old Grandma who talked to him while he was trying to concentrate, and also personable. You dont find that too often these days so we were really surprised and taken aback. What a great worker Verizon has! I hope any of you out there who needs a tech to pay a visit to your home, GETS RICHARD! Because he was awesome and definitely a hard worker! Give him a raise! He deserves it! BIG TIME. Thanks again Richard!

Absolute nightmare. The lady charged my credit card three different times. I had asked for split of charges on my personal and business CC cards, and the service person could not get it right. The store manager says his records show that the charges were refunded. He honestly could not care any less. I have a dispute in with AMEX. Three weeks after the fact the dispute is still being handled by AMEX, and VW has done nothing. The phone customer care has been wonderful, but if the problems happened in a store, they can only do so much. WOW, this store has horrible customer service if anything goes wrong.

There was no option for negative stars..... BEWARE........ HIGHWAY ROBBERY IN SOPHISTICATED FORM TO SAY THE LEAST... I received a call from one of their associates, I received their call and they said i was a business customer and they wanted to make sure my business profile is updated. I gave them my email id to send me the form that was it. they added a jet pack and charges for the jet pack on my bill. Did i authorize it NO.... Did i need it ... NO. But why should i pay for it .... because the store associate thought i needed it..... WOW... What do you call this.....

By far the worst....I remember going in and vividly telling the store manager that I have been approved for a alternate replacement, but she refused to do it since there was a fee involved, but the VZW rep said there was no fee. That store manager was so bad that my mother was VERY disappointed and she does not get disappointed very easily. This is why I want to apply to VZW to give the customers the service that they pay for. If it was up to me, for how much we pay for Verizon we should be getting the peace of mind that we should receive.

Went in because one of our galaxy s3 phones was malfunctioning. The worker told us to he needed to factory reset the phone. Told him we needed our pictures saved(it was 2 days after christmas and wed just taken a lot of christmas photos). He told us ok and that they would be saved. He takes the phone, is gone for a bit, comes back with the phone and tells us its fixed and leaves. We check the phone, pictures are gone. Left with only the store manager who can do absolutely nothing for us. This verizon store ruined our christmas. Horrible.

Bad customer service. This has been going on for 4 years now. I avoid this store, since they have rude reps and customer service which wont help you if you bought the phone at another location. Why do I go back after 4 years. I try not to, but they are 1/2 a mile form my house and I only go in to see phones and then buy at the Downey landing location. Dont go to this location, Downey Landing or Pico Rivera location is better. If after 4 years it been the same, it tells you something about the managers or lack of management.

My mom purchased her first iPhone today at this store. I am giving the store, and specifically Veronica, 5 stars. The customer service was excellent! My mom had an old school, pre-paid flip phone. Veronica was able to port her # to her new iPhone and transfer all her contacts on her flip phone to her iPhone. There was no hard sell, Veronica was very polite, pleasant and professional. We walked out of the store very happy customers. Great job Veronica! Great job Verizon Wireless on Washington Blvd in Whittier!

Wish I could give no stars. I have a large business account, I received a call saying I was going over on my data usage, and they wanted to add lines. I said no being she wasnt my account rep, nor had I even used that branch before. Fast forward a week and I receive 5 jet packs in the mail- these were ordered on my account without my authorization!! Then I was told I needed to go up to their store in order to return them! Heck no!! This branch is giving Verizon a bad name!

When this shop first opened they had excellent customer service. The last few times were awful. I was told they don do anything in store anymore and I would have to go some place that does, like Staples or Best Buy. I will NEVER go to this store again and tell everyone the same. I got great service at the Santa Fe Springs store and it was crowded. I guess thats where everyone from Whittier goes now.

Nilson helped me with a case I had ordered from Verizon online that did not fit my new Thunderbolt. Though he couldnt exchange it in the store (messes up their inventory or something) he did find a great case, gave me a discount on it, and threw in another goodie for free. I will go back to this store. Very friendly and helpful.

Its like this Verizon store is oblivious to Verizon Standards. The managment obviously isnt exemplifing professionalism. I cant blame the employees. The problem seems too inrooted. They seriously act like their pitching you a weak sale or act like they are doing you a big favor by talking to you. CHEESY place.

I went to this location earlier today and after I left, I realized Charles deleted an application that he said he didnt like. He never asked my permission or said he was going to delete it. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and him as an individual.
