Some stores have a 10-15$ activation fee. This store has a 25$ activation fee(for all phones) . Worst store policy around the area. I bought a stylo 2. 129$ promotional price and ended up paying 164$. While at others only 148$ out the door. Manager was cold blooded about any problems from costumers. Lady on phone did not know much and had to ask question to supervisor many times. (Insufficient Training) Would not give correct information. Overall a bad experience and would not come here again sorry. Ps. If your buying the stylo 2 (OR ANY OTHER PHONE) try another boost. Itll definitely be much cheaper! Ps. Best buy had this boost mobile stylo 2 for 74$ Try there!!. Life lesson learned!!!!

This place is freaking awful and their policy of no refunds is just plain stupid! I bought a phone a while back and instantly came back to return it because the quality of it stank and the only thing they could do is give me the same phone but a new one. WTF do I want a new one for? I HIGHLY recommend YOU NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. YOULL REGRET IT
