By Far Best experience at a sprint store. its unfortunate that i have to drive miles to have decent customer service but deff worth it. I was ready to leave sprint! i had walked into the rosemead location to ask for my account number and pin, a gentlemen by the name of Marcopolo assisted me. He was soo helpful! not only did he hear my issue and the problems ive been having with sprint. that he calmed me down and seemed like he really wanted to help me. told me he was going to take a look at my account and see what he could do. not only did he help save me money on my monthly bill but also made my plan more flexible. after leaving the store i apologized dearly for making fun of his name. IT REALLY IS MARCOPOLO! Thanks again! PS: sorry marcopolo

Dont fall for it! The but one get one free Samsung S7 isnt free! I asked several times of the additional phone was going to raise my bill and was explicitly told no! However, come to find out they added $11/month for insurance and $40/month for the extra line to my bill. Fact of the matter is Im OK with paying the extra $51/month but really dont appreciate being lied to after repeatedly asking.

Worse place ever be careful they might set you up on a plan and give you other equipment you dont ask for that you have to pay for in the end. I was charged 15 a month for a house phone I didnt ask for she told me it came with my plan for free lies . She told me my deposit was 150 I ended up paying over 200 she said it was for taxes smh beware ask to see all documents before you sign

Steve and Frank were great! No complaints with customer service at all but would definitely be aware of Sprint policies before visiting the store to return items, etc. I found our that you have to exchange phones within 14 days now if you have a problem. Still, I would cone back to this store over others I have visited.

Great customer service from Frank! He took the time and helped my husband upgrade his phone to the Galaxy S 7 Edge along with a free VR headset. He will be our go-to guy from now on... too bad he cant help us with technical problems anymore at this location.

Bad service, order a replacement phone, said they will call me when it arrives. Never called, lost my transaction, lucky i had my copy or i would never got refund that tooks days to get back. Dont trust this store, go somewhere else.

Walked in as metro pcs user and walked out as a SPRINT customer. The service was excellent. I got the Galaxy S8 and a J3 with screen protectors. Saved a good amount of money with this switch.
