Amazing customer service from Marina! I had an experience from hell from the Montclair Plaza store and Marina helped resolve my issues and got me a phone (Galaxy S7) that I love! She was understanding and very compassionate. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes to work for the customers and not for the paycheck. So happy shes a part of the Verizon team!
