I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was extremely pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls. This is a clean and inviting store, with very professional associates. I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everything. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill might be slightly higher, but its nice to be able to actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.

If I could give a 0 I would. They will try to scam you into buying things you dont need. Hard to return any items. They will lie about what they offer. READ anything they give you very closely. Will never deal with these lying scammers again. Stay away from them!!!
