I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was extremely pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls. This is a clean and inviting store, with very professional associates. I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everuthing. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill might be slightly higher, but its nice to be able to actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.

doesnt even deserve a star. the worst customer service i have ever experienced. not sure if they need better training or better people skills. I called to inquire if a product was in stock and the lady i was speaking with said yes but said its only for customers so i couldnt get one WHEN I AM A CUSTOMER. after her rude comment she then decided to hang up on me and when i called back the manager was too busy to speak with me. dont waste your time. i get better customer service at tmobile than this place.

This is my go to place for mobile service. I came today to ask question about my monthly phone bill and they did a very good job explaining it. I even get a free tablet on my account. I will recommend this store to everyone
