I dont understand. the company i work for, have 6lines with sprint. My son wants an iphone, so we go to verizon and they told me they dont have that phone on their section of prepaid phones. Ok I said so what are your plans and how do they work?? Mr samuel the guy who took care of me explain to me that if I need a phone is better to go over a contract and save money? Sounded good to me,. Total phone price $$$$ and my credit sucks :( woow. Ok next step? Well $400dlls deposit and we will move on,. I looked at my son 10years old and he smiled at me. I said ok so if I move my line and my number to you guys be my provider is gonna be two lines and I want my number to be with you guys, he said yes. Ok lets do it! Total $$ $400dlls deposit cash and your phone will be $99dlls and then your son another $99dlls and you guys gonna pay $180dlls a month for both of the lines and gonna have a good plan. Well my son was extremely happy! The guy samuel arredondo goes inside and comes out saying sr, mr del Angel Verizon is asking me for another $400dlls deposit for your account!!!! Excuse me???? He goes, yes I understand but I just got in to a fight with them cause I dont think is fear. I said I know they are crazy!!!! I said lets cancel everything.... he calls her superviser named alejandra Larios and told me straight up if you cancel you will be receiving your refund in the next 15days! Im like whattt??? But if I just pay you guys.... how would that be!!!!! Now I was already happy to have their service but seems that something went extremely bad...... honestly I think some one from the very top should read my complaint. .. the store was full of people waiting to be new clients and a lot of them saw me pissed of. Right after I got my contract on my hands I step out and they didnt care at all losing a client, not knowing I call my boss asking him to transfer our 6accounts to verizon. I think Verizon is a very good company And they need better and more responsible people working for them. I hope I get all my money back, I work for a big law firm and i think you guys Verizon executives need to read this. I honestly apologize if I did something wrong but another companies next to yours are getting all of your clients thanks to your personal. I feel like you guys dont care about clients at all, and I feel that my money is on their hands not knowing how much every single penny counts right now on this economy! Even my son said to me. Dad whats gonna happened to our money? I said oh well now we have to let know their supervisors. ...

The worst. I would go here out of convenience and after going to another store closer to work found out I was being overcharged for years. My same plan should have been $40 less. Another time I tried to set up a new phone on my line and was told it would cost $50 more - they brought out that stupid placemat with the prices and circled numbers and wouldnt explain what the "other tax" they wrote in was. I called the store closer to work and they were saying I was being overcharged. The employee shrugged and I left. The past times when I confronted them about being overcharged they never know how to respond. Stay away.

Went into the store at 10:30 to purchase two Galaxy 7s. Gave the guy my name and phone number. Was told their would be a short wait as one other person was being helped. Meanwhile a small group of purchasing customers gathered behind me. At 11:30 the same customer before me was still being helped, the guy was still taking names and numbers, and I was done patiently waiting. I left went over to Costco, were I received excellent customer service? I bought the same phone and Verizon plan. Walked out within a half an hour. Do yourself a favor, dont shop Verizon at the Montebello Mall.

Great customer service at this location! After a really bad experience at the Pasadena off Lake location in which they tried to get me to buy a new phone with no effort to try and fix the problem I took my phone here. Myate or "Mya" as they call her was so helpful and knowlegeable. She simply reset my phone and the problem resolved! She also gave me reliable information about purchasing the phone I want when it comes out and even preordering. Will be buying my phones and accessories here from now on after years of going to Pasadena location. Hope the customer service stays amazing!

There was 2 reps standing around while people were waiting to be helped. When they finally called us up the rep did not know how to assist us so she called over the manager which turned out to be worse. He was completely uninformed. Provided false information and was not helpful at all. Left the store without being assisted and very upset... bad bad service!!!!!

Very bad service. To many employees just walking around. Asking you if you ready check in. Standing at entrance. I count a least 7 employees. Only 2 attending customers. Pi esple behind the desk. Not putting attention on was going on. Pass 35 min Just to swap a defective car charger . List dont even move. . Very bad experience

This is not a corporate Verizon store. This is a third party store. They are selling people iPhone 4 for $40 in March 2014 when Verizon is GIVING AWAY iPhone 5c 32Gb for free.
