Came here because of the good reviews. I should have known. The guy behind the counter couldnt have cared less about my situation. I came in with a busted screen and asked if he could help me fix it. He wouldnt tell me anything until we got the PIN for the account. Its a family account, so I call family out of state and get the code. While Im on the phone with family getting the code, he starts something else on another phone. He finishes, looks up my account, and only then tells me they cant fix the screen. My phone isnt insured and I have to buy out the contract. "Okay," I ask. "Where can I go to get the screen repaired?" I didnt want to buy out my contract and then pay for a worse phone. He didnt know, didnt care, said hed only worked there 2 weeks, and he wasnt from the area. The vibe I got was one of "Just get out of the store. You being here is bothering me. I want to just sit here and screw around on my phone." I was the only person in the store, and somehow he was too busy for me. Total waste of time. Turns out he also gave me totally wrong information regarding my SIM card and using another phone on my account. Im sure this guy was just a really bad hire and the service is usually good. To the owner, if you read this: get rid of him before the probationary 90 days is up.

Dont even bother calling the Verizon call centers in India, the Phillippines, or wherever they are located. I wasted two hours today, doing just that. I called several times and got different operators. No result. Shame on Verizon! If you can, just go to this Verizon store. Jose knows what he is doing, has all the shortcuts handy. And even polished the screen of my iPad while he was at it. He was just as helpful to the customers ahead and behind me. By the way, this store was NOT the closest to me. But after my experience with the call centers, I looked up the reviews for the Verizon stores in the area. This was the only one with good reviews... So I gladly drove the extra miles.

Arthur initially helped me with getting my Pixel. He gave me all the information I needed and was able to answer all my questions. With that I was convinced this was the phone for me. The following week I went back in and John took care of EVERYTHING. John was super friendly, GREAT customer service, helped do pretty much everything and taught me how the phone functions. A week after that I brought in my old phone and they both helped me conduct the Trade In option so I can get $$ off my new phone. I had a great experience here. Hassle free and painless. I will now only go to this store with questions. Thanks John and Arthur!

Im a grandma totally unknowledgeable about the smart phone and so I keep coming back to Verizon Wireless store at 9951 Ad8ams Avenue in H.B. Priscilla (store manager) and Navin have been my life line. Each time I have come in with another question about what the heck is that they have patiently been of help. WOW such nice people. ♡ This is the only place I would recommend to come to to buy a phone or accessories.

Purchased 4 phones. The customer service is outstanding at this location. RICHARD T.was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and even stayed long after closing to finish the sale. He even followed up with me to make sure I was receiving my rebates for my old phones. Great experience!

If youre looking to sign up with Verizon, do it here! Josh helped me get an awesome new phone on the Edge plan, without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff that I dont need. These guys number one priority is helping their customers, and its obvious they enjoy what they do.

The manager Priscilla is Ah-mazing! Not only did she hook me up with my samsung, but got me a free tablet, too! I dont even call customer service any more, I just go into the store because I always get taken care by everyone. 10/10 would buy from them again.

Best Verizon store around! The staff here is all so friendly and helpful, especially the store manager, Priscilla. I bought a phone here recently and she got me an awesome deal! There should be more Verizon Wireless stores like this one!
