I called this morning to see if I could swing by to have my dogs nails grinded and paw pads cleaned up. The lady who answered was extremely cranky and rude with some major attitude. I asked her if there were certain parts of the day where there were less clients so that I wouldnt have to wait long, as this was a walk in service. She said she was fully booked. I decided to go shortly after talking with her and to my surprise, there was one dog in there and 5 groomers. Again, before I even told her who I was or what I needed, she had a major attitude. She proceeded to shout out to everyone, does anyone want to do a grinding? Everyone moaned "no." A friendly gentleman came up to the counter and began to check me in. The original lady, however, did not tell me that I needed to bring his rabies vaccine form in, even though he had a tag on his collar. Not only did they grace me with their attitudes, but they also did not inform me on the phone of the paperwork I needed to bring. This is the last time I bring my pup here. It is unfortunate when you come across people who hate their jobs so much, that they make clients feel even worse. Happy Monday, indeed!

These people ABUSED my dog. I have been a loyal Petsmart customer for years now and used to take my dog almost monthly if not every other month to get groomed at various Petsmarts. The Towson Petsmart Grooming salon completely shocked me. No consistency or manners. The staff is rude at drop off and pick up. The first time I took my dog there, they were rude with me about making an appointment and took very long to finish my dogs grooming but finally I got my dog back clean and relatively well cut. The second time I took him in for a wash and fluff and got my dog back dirty, BLEEDING from his anus and with a small nic on his nose. The whole staff was saying they washed him and he was clearly not washed (even had some eye boogers and some dirt in his nails). When I told the manager he started smelling him and saying he seemed fine and maybe he just looked dirty because of his fur. Ridiculous! I finally got a refund after arguing with this guy but left feeling betrayed by Petsmart and feeling guilty for leaving my dog with those a-holes for about 5 hours. Needless to say, they and all Petsmarts have lost me as a customer forever.

Went up tonight to get my dogs nails trimmed so they dont stick in the carpet. Last time she got her vaccines and I had paperwork they didnt look at it. Tonight they wanted to see it. I should have had it, so I am willing to take responsibility there. So I go back home to get the paperwork so she can get them done tonight as I dont have a lot of freetime this weekend. Get back at 8:10 (they are supposed to be open until 9) and the lights are off. When I mentioned that they are supposed to be open until 9 cashiers response was that they had no other animals (they accept walkins for nails). Another cashier added that there was only one person there which was not relevant. If you say you are open until 9 and you accept walkins, then you should be open until 9. Luckily, I do not live that far, but it was two trips in one night and now, a third trip when I can squeeze it in.

Got my dog groomed. When I picked him up he had a bandana on. When I got home and took it off I realized they took his collar off and failed to put it back on. When I called and asked about it the girl said " You can come pick it up" , well thats stating the obvious. The next day I had to take time off work to go pick it up. I asked the store manager for a partial refund since her employees failed to perform there job and it cost me money. Her response was " I can not do that, but I can give him a treat." Customer service is beyond awful. Never coming back or trusting them with my dog in the future

There is one groomer here that I trust at the Towson petsmart and that is Charlie. She is hands down the best groomer and so sweet. My dog loves her to death. She treats my dog like she would treat her own pet. I know some groomers there abuse the dogs cause Ive seen it before. Im very disappointed this time at the fact that they didnt even tell me that she had called out and didnt even ask if I wanted to make a new appt or anything. I wish they would start doing that. I know there are more people like me that are picky when it comes to picking who should be cutting their dogs hair.

I brought my 4 month old puppy in a little over a month ago. Keep in mind she is a poodle and grooming is very important. They refused to give her a full groom. Told me she needed a puppy cut to get use to the razors. All they did was trim around her face and private area. I was still charged $26.00 I could have done that myself. I finally took my dog to a real professional groomer and she behaved fine. The groomers at this petsmart have no idea what they are doing! If you would like to not waste your time and money dont bring your pet here!!!!

Rude. So rude. Store itself is clean and well stocked but the people that work there. Yikes. I wont bother returning to this location. No one will direct you, ring you up, and I dont think they are capable of answering questions. My recent experience in this store really blew my mind. I guess it was social hour between these women who basically ignored me and then told me off for even trying to buy something and so I left empty handed. This is the second time in as many weeks. Cant speak on the vet or grooming, as Ive never tried them out.

Watched the groomers drop a large older dog off the grooming table set at high placement when taking my dog to get her nails trimmed... they did not even notify the owner that they dropped her dog off the table and he landed hitting his side and head on the cement. Dog was shaken up afterwards and they continued to place the dog back up on the table and hold him down to continue grooming. Officially lost my business... would rather take my dog to get her nails done at the vet.

I took my little dog in to see if we could get his haircut and there was a customer in front of me waiting on the lady at the desk to print off her receipt or whatever. Well, we stood there over 5+ minutes waiting and she never acknowledged us. So we left. Also, I noticed the dogs that they were grooming, they werent even given them the proper type of haircut. Just plain generic puppy cuts. Hopefully, that is what the owners asked for or they will probably be disappointed.

My dog is Bichon/ Maltese mix. Her groomer, Emily, did a great job cutting and styling her, however she came home a quickly developed a a rash all over her body. She was covered in itchy red lumps and her face was swollen. This has never happened after any other grooming visit. I dont blame her groomer. My only advice is to make sure you ask what products will be used on your dog if you know they have allergies.
