On holiday in Santa Monica and we came here to have a look at some clothes. Staff are very friendly and prices are pretty low and they had a good sale on as well. Clothes arent high end eg t shirts are thinner than other places but for the price i dont care. Got a heap of kids clothes which seem petty good quality and well priced. We walked out with 17 items for mum dad and two girls (some licencedfor a total of $279 and the girl gave us 15% off at the checkout plus some vouchers for next time. Would definitely shop here again.

This place is huge, but workers were no where to be found. Also they manage to have too much yet too little in terms of clothes. I.e, they have 50 pairs of one size but nothing else, or all sizes in a weird color etc. For 3rd street promenade location, I expected better. I would avoid it to be honest because youre just gonna waste time looking for things that are simply unavailable at this store.

My favorite pairs of jeans are only bought here. Everything about there jeans here is top notch it never lets me down. I have a pair of rockstar skinny jeans for about 3 years and there still good! It hasnt ripped on me or got ruined yet. The quality here is amazing! And affordable.

Sales associates never bring their head up from whatever project theyre doing to check on their customers. I had to make extensive use of a ladder, on my own, to find the merchandise I needed. Wont be returning anytime soon.

Store not handicapped accessible due to the elevators being out of service. Had no option for a special needs person to get down off the second floor once they finally made it up the escalator. Escalator moves too fast.

Super friedndly employees, clean store and their restroom was super clean! The prices are always great but sometimes an employee will happen to have coupons at the counter so remember this when you are at check out...
